Boys 12s consolations will be a half hour delay. Please plan to
arrive at scheduled time. Matches will be at 1030 instead of
10.
NOTE: UPDATES TO TIMES AND DAYS OF CONSOLATIONS. DUE TO PROJECTED
WEATHER SATURDAY, THERE WILL BE NO OUTDOOR CONSOLATIONS PLAYED ON
SATURDAY. ALL SCHEDULED CONSOLATIONS ON SATURDAY WILL BE PLAYED
INSIDE
SUNDAY CONSOLATIONS ARE SCHEDULED FOR OUTDOORS
Draw sizes will be limited to 8 players per divisions. More players
may be added if other draw sizes do not fill. Players will be
selected based on current MAS rankings.
Quarterfinal main draw matches will be no ad scoring. Semifinals
and finals will be played with add, if running on time
Consolations will be 8 game pro sets no ad
Main draw will be inside. We may use outdoor courts for consolation
matches
Consolations will not be played out to completion. Consolations
will be played out to where everyone is offered an additional
match
MAS Regulations and Ranking Points This tournament operates in accordance with the rules and guidelines listed in USTA Mid-Atlantic Regulations and USTA Friend at Court. By registering for this event, players and parents are agreeing to be familiar with and abide by all aspects of the MAS Regulations to include meeting sportsmanship expectations, all aspects of fair play, and respecting the game of tennis.

MAS L7, L6 & L5 EVENT REFUNDS
Member organizations are not required to refund players for tournaments affected by inclement weather. Per MAS regulations, in the event of inclement weather a tournament may utilize a shortened format in order to play the tournament to completion. If the tournament cannot be played, it is the MAS recommendation that players be offered a credit to a future tournament hosted by the same organization. However, this is only a recommendation and not a policy. Each member organization shall post their refund policy on the tournament homepage.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, February 24, 2020 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
