Inclement Weather
We are aware that the weather forecast is not good for Friday Night / Saturday. If you think that the weather will stop you from playing we will give you until 6 pm, Thursday January 9th to pull out in order to receive a refund. The tournament will go ahead regardless and after that time no refunds shall be given

Tournament Format for L5
All matches will be no add scoring. Main draw matches are 2 out of 3 regular sets with a 10 point tie break in lieu of the 3rd set Consolation Matches will be best 2 out of 3 short sets (First to 4), with a 7 point tie break in lieu of the third set. If the score is 3-3 in a set, players play to 5 games, if 4-4, then a 7 point breaker is played Doubles will be a 8 game pro set with a tie break at 8 all

Doubles
We will not start doubles until Saturday late afternoon, evening and will be played to completion on Saturday.

Zero Tolerance Policy
USTA HOA has enacted a zero tolerance policy for all players, parents, coaches and spectators. If any behavior is deemed to break this policy players may be defaulted and spectators asked to leave the premises. We appreciate everyone being on best behavior for the weekend

Warm up courts
There are limited warm up courts available at 3 pm on Friday and 7 am both Saturday and Sunday. These will be free of charge for competitors but will be awarded first come first served. players may have to split a court in order for to warm up.

Snack Bar / Restaurant
We have a full service bar serving snacks, light meal options and drinks. In order to comply with health and safety, please avoid bringing in outside food. Thank you

Level 5
Late Entries will not be accepted. Do not wait until the last minute to enter into this event.
If you have technical difficulties entering please email the Tournament Director with a screen shot of the issue before the deadline has passed.
Skill Level:
High- Level Intermediate
Eligibility: This event will be open to all junior members in the USTA Missouri Valley. A player must be 11 years of age or completes the USTA 10 and Under Youth Progression program to participate.

Tournament Selection
After the entry deadline has passed, the tournament director will select players based on the most recent version of the USTA Missouri Valley Standings list. Singles closed to a draw of 24 players. DOUBLES REGISTRATION In order to play doubles, a player must register for doubles (Player is not eligible for doubles if they only signed up for singles) by the deadline, Sunday at 11:59 PM. Once the deadline and single selections have been made, the Competitor list will be published. Players (who registered for doubles by the close of entries) can email the TD with the name of their doubles partner (doubles partner must also send the same email to TD to confirm the partnership). All other players (who registered for doubles) without a partner would be placed in a blind draw. The deadline to email the TD is Monday at 5 PM.

WITHDRAWS & REFUNDS
Before the Entry Deadline: A withdrawal before entries close needs to be done through the online registration process. Click on the "Withdraw" link in the Edit Registration box to the left to complete this step. Your credit card will not be charged. Click on the "Locate Confirmation Number" link if you have misplaced the confirmation number.
After the Entry Deadline: Withdraws after entries close need to be emailed to the tournament director at the address above. Refunds are not given for withdraws that happen in the 6 days before the start of the event.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, January 5, 2020 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
