WIND & RAIN PROTOCOLS
1. Junior matches are not cancelled due to wind, unless the wind poses a physical danger to the players, such as large flying objects. This is the USTA's wind policy for junior matches, which has been confirmed by Lew Brewer, Director of USTA’s Junior Competition.
2. In the event of rain, the first action officials will take is to determine whether or not players need to come off the courts. Vegas can often get a sprinkle that doesn't prevent match play from continuing. However, If the officials deem it necessary for players to leave the courts, they will first TEMPORARILY SUSPEND the matches. During this temporary suspension, NO ONE IS TO LEAVE THE SITE until the officials have made the decision to delay the matches and have notified you (either directly and/or by posting rain delay information to the tournament home page), as to when to be back at the site or check back about site conditions.
3. Players, if matches are temporarily suspended, the first thing to do when you come off the court is to go to the tournament desk and let the site director know the current score of the match (set and game score) and who the server is. The server will hold on to the balls.
4. After reporting the status of your match to the tournament desk, you can go to your car to stay dry, but again, do not leave the site until you are directed by an official (either by the Site Director or through the tournament home page) that the matches are delayed and you have been given a time as to when to return or check back about site conditions.

COVID GUIDELINES
1. Practice social distancing whenever possible. 2. In those situations where you can't social distance, put on your mask. 3. The umpires have been instructed to wipe down the scorecards with Clorox wipes after each match. 4. Players, do not congregate at the tournament desk. Stay near the desk but socially distance. When your match is called, the site director will open one can of balls and put them on the table for one of the players to pick up. 5. During the match, the players who's last name starts with the letter closest to "A" will be the player responsible for changing the scorecards on the changeover. Also during the changeover, each player is to sit in the same location each time. Stake out your area when you get to the court and keep that your area on the changeover. 5. Parents and and spectators, please practice social distancing while watching the matches. You are also encouraged to bring your own chair - especially to Lone Mountain and Craig Ranch Regional Parks, where seating is at a minimum outside of the courts. 6. A bottle of hand sanitizer will be available on the tournament desk so players can use it as needed. 7. Lastly, the site directors will be passing out the shirts and player packs to the players. This will take place after each player has completed their first match.

SCHEDULE OF PLAY - UPDATED
Saturday, November 7: 2 rounds of main draw singles, two rounds of main draw doubles. The first round of doubles will be played first, weather permitting, followed by the first round of singles. The earliest matches will start at 8 a.m. NO CONSOLATION SINGLES MATCHES WILL BE PLAYED ON SATURDAY. Now that the draw sizes have been limited to 48 players, 16 "byes" automatically feed into the back draw. If the consolation singles had been scheduled to begin on Saturday, it would create a situation where players who lose in the second round of the main draw feed into the back draw to play their third singles match of the day against a player who only had one match up to that point. Because this creates a dramatic match imbalance, the consolation singles will start on Sunday instead.
Sunday, November 8: 2 rounds of main draw singles, 2 rounds of consolation singles, one round of doubles.
Monday, November 9: Semi's of main draw singles, two rounds of consolation singles, 5/6 singles semi's and finals, two rounds of doubles.
Tuesday, November 10: Finals of main draw singles, 3/4 singles playoffs, semi's and finals of consolation singles, finals of doubles.
