GENERAL TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
* This is a Wisconsin Level 4 tournament that is open to both
Unranked and Ranked players.

in main and consolation draw.
* We offer first-match consolation in all events, so please be

FIRST MATCH TIMES
As recommended by the USTA we do not post draws until the first
round matches go on. We post first and second round start times on
this home page under "Future Match Info" (above on left) by
Wednesday, March 8th at 3:00pm. Please be careful when reading your
first match start time since the second match times are also
listed.
SCHEDULE OF PLAY
Distance traveled by players will be taken into consideration when
determining start times on Friday evening. Please understand that
under some circumstances, we are unable to satisfy everyone's
wishes.
USTA CONTACT INFORMATION
Procedure for tournament registration: because of Privacy Laws,
your contact information from USTA membership doesn't show up in
the Tournament Directors' software anymore. Only what you indicate
during the registration process shows up. We have no way of
contacting you if you leave these areas blank. For instance, your
opponent is sick. You may make an extra trip here and not need to.
You must indicate all phone numbers, home, cell (a must!), work and
your email address on each registration, EACH and EVERY time, for
each and every tournament you register for.
RESTAURANT
Our Sports Lounge Restaurant will be open during most hours of the
tournament. We have an excellent selection of salads, sandwiches,
wraps, soups and burgers. We hope you'll plan to dine in the
building while you're here.
SUSPENSION POINTS
The USTA Midwest Section Junior Competition Committee adopted the
following Suspension Point System: ALL players will be given five
(5) suspension points for entering two or more tournaments
scheduled to take place at the same time, in whole or in part,
unless each tournament committee involved approves multiple entries
in writing.
