Notes
The tournament host site is the Pueblo City Park Tennis Complex.
Prize money will be over $14,000 for the open men's and women's
singles and doubles events. Prize money will be divided up based on
how many entries are in each division.
Entries on Tennis Link only! Play may be at other sites: Tournament
starts on Thursday May 27tht early round matches in all divisions
could start at 5:30 p.m and/or 7:00 p.m. Men's and women's opens
singles Quarter-finals will be Saturday afternoon around 2:00 p.m.
Semi-finals will be played Sunday May 30th at 9:00 a.m.. Finals
will be played Monday May 31ts 9:00 a.m. All scheduled times are
weather permitting. Players must be available everyday of the
tournament. Once again there will be prize money for the men's and
women's open singles and doubles only.
AVOIDANCES: (Must be submitted on or before midnight May 19th,
2019) Avoidance issues will be considered only for first round
matches if they are received prior to the entry deadline. There are
no guarantees that avoidances will be accommodated.
DRAWS: Will be posted by midnight May 19th, 2020. It is the
responsibility of the participant to obtain his/her match times.
Participants will NOT be called for match time reminders.
CONFLICTS: Players should be available to play any time
during the tournament week. No matches will be rescheduled due
to conflicts.
REFUND POLICY: Participants must be able to play at
designated times - ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS AFTER THE REGISTRATION
DEADLINE.
TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR COMMITTEE: All decisions made by the
Tournament Directors' Committee are final.
Player Selection TypeNo Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry TypeEntry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, May 16, 2020 6:00:00 PM Mountain Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
