Format: Best of three sets, regular scoring, with a match tiebreak instead of a third set.

USTA/Midwest COVID-19 Safety Procedures.
The health and safety of all players, guests, staff, and members is the number one focus and responsibility of the Hall of Fame Tennis Center. The COVID-19 procedures and policies in place by the USTA/Midwest Section for this event are as follows:
* If you are not feeling well, please withdraw from the event. If a spectator is not feeling well, please stay home.
* Player +1 for the entire event. Only one guest will be permitted with each player.
* Do not enter the facility until 15 minutes before your scheduled match time.
* Social distancing and face coverings will be required, unless the player is on court competing.
* Please return balls to adjacent courts by using your racket, rather than your hand.
* No handshakes at the conclusion of matches.
* Once match results have been communicated to the tournament staff, please depart the facility immediately.
* All tournament staff will be wearing masks.
* The water fountains will not be accessible. Please bring plenty of water.

_SANITIZING & CLEANING
_* HOF will perform sanitizing and cleaning procedures in alignment with State and Local requirements.

FACILITY SERVICES ADJUSTMENTS
* The showers will not be available.
* Do not move or rearrange furniture or other club fixtures or equipment.
* Do not congregate in public areas of the club.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, December 23, 2020 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
