DRAWS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE WEDNESDAY AT 6PM BEFORE THE TOURNAMENT BEGINS.
It is players responsibility to find out and know their first match start time.

PRACTICE COURTS/WARM-UP COURTS
Practice courts are available on Friday (during day/evening), Sat and Sunday morning (before matches) by calling Four Lakes Athletic Club at 262-743-2000.

WE CANNOT CONTACT YOU UNLESS YOU PROVIDE US YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBERS AND EMAIL ADDRESS DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS.
The USTA Legal Department has determined that they cannot provide contact information to tournament directors unless the customer provides the contact information during the registration process. Previously the home phone number and email address were pre-filled from the USTA Membership database when a player went through the online registration process. The pre-fill was removed due to privacy concerns. If you don't provide an email address and/or telephone number when you register for this tournament then we will be unable to notify you about any possible changes in the tournament.

USTA/MIDWEST SECTION SUSPENSION POINT SYSTEM AND SIGNING UP FOR TWO TOURNAMENTS
Signing up for two events: The USTA Code of Conduct and Suspension Point System is in effect. You are expected to play the entire event as scheduled. The USTA/Midwest Section Junior Competition Committee has adopted the following Suspension Point System. All players will be given five (5) suspension points for entering two or more tournaments that take place at the same time, in whole or in part, unless each Tournament Committee involved agrees with the multiple entries in writing via e-mail. This applies to all players who signed up for the tournament including alternates. If you want to withdraw from this tournament, you must e-mail the tournament director at grant@flaconline.com

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, February 11, 2020 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
