Tournament Seedings by Junior Ratings

In response to the COVID-19, we will be using Match Tennis App’s Virtual Tournament Desk technology to help facilitate CDC best practices.

In order to compete in this event, all competitors MUST click the below link to fill out the check-in form, and sign the waiver for this tournament.

* When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password.
* Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts. When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message.
* If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

For the safety of all Tournament players, parents, coaches and staff we will NOT be using a physical tournament desk where social gathering is most common. We instead will be using Match Tennis App’s Virtual Tournament Desk to help facilitate CDC guidelines for social distancing. If you are entered in the Anaheim Level 4 or the RCI Level 5 that was rescheduled from September 12th, you may not enter this event.


If your ranking is within the Top 50 in your age division, you may enter in the higher age division. (For example, a player ranked 45 in the 12s can play in the 14s).

PLEASE NOTE:


For divisions with matches at Anaheim Tennis Center- this facility has strict safety procedures and guidelines that must be followed in order for the tournament to run smoothly. All procedures will be closely monitored by tournament staff. Please read the following safety procedures BEFORE matches begin, and adhere to all procedures listed during the tournament:


1) Only ONE (1) spectator is allowed inside the tennis center to accompany a player. No other spectators will be allowed inside the facility.
2) All spectators, players, and staff must be wearing a mask at all times when off the court. Players are only allowed to remove their masks when they are on court.
3) Water is available for purchase at ATC, but the ice machine will not be available until further notice. Please bring sufficient ice and water for your player's matches.
4) Social distancing will be strictly enforced. Please keep a distance of 6 feet away from other players and spectators during the tournament.

1. SELECTION PROCESS IS TOP 30 FROM STANDINGS LIST THEN NEXT BEST 2 UTRS.
2. NO DOUBLES.
3. NO 10U DIVISION
4. ALLOW ONE PARENT/COACH PER PLAYER.
5. PLAYER MUST CHECK IN AND SIGN WAIVER THROUGH MATCH TENNIS APP.

All matches will be 2 out of 3 tiebreak sets, with a 10-point tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set.
