NEW TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
Starting times are now posted. We will be using two clubs for the tournament; Meadowbrook Country Club; 2149 N Green Bay Road, Racine, WI 53405 and Lifesport Tennis Club Racine (Racine Tennis Club); 5100 Briarwood Lane, Racine, WI 53402. Please check your starting times CAREFULLY and make sure you know which Club and time you are playing at. Starting times may be found by clicking on the words "Future Match Info Report" above in blue. Again, please check your starting times CAREFULLY and plan to arrive a few early before your first match. Draws are also now posted.

Protocols For Players:
- Check with the host facility ahead of time for any protocols that may apply at that facility. - Arrive at the facility close to assigned start time, ready to play, and depart immediately. - Bring your own water bottles, towel, or any other personal equipment and store them inside your tennis bag when not in use. - Wash hands often (before / after matches.) - Clearly verbalize score at the start of each point. - Maintain safe social distance between players during the racket spin at the start of a match. - Players should change ends on opposite sides of court on change overs. - Offer an acknowledgment such as a nod, a thumbs up or a “good match” instead of shaking players’ hands.

This tournament is a Midwest Level 4 tournament for Boys 18, 16,
14, 12, and 10 & Under Singles. The 10 and under division will
use the stage 1 (green dot) tennis balls.
First Match Losers Consolation Tournament
Players who lose their first match will be placed in a First Match
Losers Consolation tournament. Awards will be given for both main
draw and consolation tournament champions and finalists. Club-Net
Clubs are proud of the fact that our tournaments always offer
consolation events.
Schedule of Matches
Matches may begin Friday as early as 12noon. Finals may be played
Sunday.
Draws may be limited.
-If we have a large number of applicants, draw sizes may have to be
limited.
-Players will receive an email from the USTA indicating whether
they have been selected for the tournament or whether they are an
alternate.
-Players will be selected based first upon their Midwest Standing
and then on their district standing in the age group of the
event.
-Players who are are alternates will not be charged the entry fee
for the tournament.
-Players not chosen will be put on an alternate list that will be
posted on this website within 24 hours of entries closing.
-Alternates will be asked to play if we have players withdrawal
from the tournament.
First and Second Match Starting Times
-First match starting times may found by clicking on the words
"Future Match Info Report" above after 8 p.m on Wednesday, August
19, 2020. It will appear underlined in blue above.
-We may be using three clubs for this tournament. Please make sure
you know which club you will be playing at.
-Matches followed by "Racin" will be played at the Racine Tennis
Club (Lifesport - Racine); 5100 Briarwood Lane, Racine, WI 53402
(262-639-6100). Matches followed by "Mead" will be played at the
Meadowbrook Country Club ; 2149 N. Green Bay Road, Racine, WI 53405
(262-498-0389). Matches followed by "East" will be played at the
East Side Tennis & Fitness Club (Lifesport - Kenosha), 7611
Sheridan Road, Kenosha, WI 53143 (262-652-7373).
-Please note that the time on the far left is the first match
starting time.
-The two match times on the right are the player's second match
times. The match time following a "W" is the second match time if
the player wins his/her first match. The match time following an
"L" is the second match time if the player loses his/her first
match.
-Plan to arrive at the proper club at least fifteen minutes before
your starting time.
-Please allow for traffic when scheduling your time to get to the
clubs. If you are lost or stuck in traffic, calling the club prior
to your starting time may be a factor in not being defaulted or
penalized.
Scoring
Matches will be two out of three sets using regular add scoring,
instead of a third set, a match tiebreak will be played (first
player to 10 points with a 2 point margin).
We cannot contact you unless your provide us your telephone numbers
and e-mail address.
We do not receive your phone numbers from the USTA. If you don't
provide us with a home phone number, cell phone number and email
address when you register for this tournament we will be unable to
notify you about the tournament.
No refunds after the draw has been made.
Draws will be posted at the conclusion of the tournament and
updated throughout the tournament.
Tournament matches will be played indoors on hard courts.
