For this event, we will use the UTR Rating Program.(10 & under will use the SCTA rankings)

ELIGIBILITY RULES LEVEL 5 EVENTS
For ages 12-18's players who are ranked in the top 50 will not be allowed to participate in Open Level 5 events. These events are meant for players moving up from Level 6 but not quite ready for higher level events. (Players can play up in the next higher division if ranked in the top 50 of their age group) This does not apply to 10 & under divisions.

THIS EVENT WILL BE PLAYED OVER ONE WEEKEND + MONDAY & TUESDAY AFTER 5 PM. (UNLESS RAIN, THEN WE WILL USE A FUTURE DATE TBD)

*$150.00 Gift Certificate to the winner of each division from Game Stop, Racket Doctor or Costa Mesa Tennis Center. *(Must have at least 32 entries for this award)

MATCH FORMAT
ALL MATCHES WILL BE A "BEST OF TWO SETS" A 10 POINT TIE BREAKER WILL BE PLAYED IN LIEU OF A THIRD SET.

2020 SCTA POINTS PER ROUND RANKING
For Southern California open ranking purposes, this tournament is a SCTA Level 5 event. For 2020 tournaments, Level 5 points will be awarded based on draw size for each individual event.

THIS TOURNAMENT WILL USE THE PENN CHAMPIONSHIP BALL.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, February 18, 2020 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
