MATCH PLAY
Players competing in two events are restricted to the following options: 1 Singles & 1 Doubles 1 Singles & 1 Mixed Doubles 1 Doubles & 1 Mixed Doubles You may NOT play in two of the same divisions. Ex. Men's 3.0 singles and Men's 3.5 singles
PLEASE NOTE: Entry into two divisions may require you to play back to back matches. Depending on the draw size and if you register for 2 events, it is possible to play up to 4 matches in a day. Be prepared to play 2 rounds in each division you play, per day.
Friday evening matches will not start before 6:00 PM

SCORING/DRAW FORMAT
Scoring and Draw Format* Draws that have 4 or fewer players will use a round robin format. *All matches will use a 10 point tie break in lieu of a 3rd set. *We reserve the right to change scoring as needed in case of inclement weather.

Consolation Draw Offered
We are offering CONSOLATION. We will not give any avoidances for consolation matches. Consolation is for first match losers only. If you have a bye and lose your second round, you can play consolation. If you win your first round and lose your second round you can not play consolation. We will play a maximum of two rounds in each division. Scoring format will be regular scoring as the rest of the tournament. Larger consolation draws may not finish.

Winner and finalist awards will be given for all main draw divisions.

LATE ENTRIES
Late entries will be accepted provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries. All late entries will be charged a $55.00 flat entry fee.

Withdrawals and Refund Policy
Before the deadline, withdraw through TennisLink. After the deadline, email the tournament director. No refunds for withdrawals after the tournament deadline.

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 1-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, October 19, 2020 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
