DIVISIONS AND AGE REQUIREMENTS
The age of the parent is the requirement that must be met. - Father-Daughter Open: No age requirement for father or daughter - Father-Daughter Senior: Father must attain age of 60 years by December 31, 2020 - No requirement for daughter's age. - Father-Daughter Super Senior: Father must attain age of 70 years by December 31, 2020- No requirement for daughter's age. - Father-Daughter Ultra Senior: Father must attain age of 80 years by December 31, 2020 - No requirement for daughter's age. - Mother-Son Open: No age requirement for mother or son - Mother-Son Senior: Mother must attain age of 60 years by December 31, 2020 - No requirement for son's age. - Mother-Son Super Senior: Mother must attain age of 70 years by December 31, 2020 - No requirement for son's age.

DRAW FORMAT
All divisions, with the exception of the Ultra Senior Father-Daughter Doubles division, will play a round robin pool format feeding into a quarterfinal or semifinal bracketed draw. Players will be pooled in groups or 3 to 5 teams. Round robin and quarterfinal matches will be two sets with a match tiebreak. Semifinal and Final matches will be best two out of three full sets. It is anticipated that all teams will play a minimum of three matches in the tournament. Teams playing in the round robin format should plan on playing 2 matches each of the first two days of the tournament depending on the size of the draw. The Ultra Senior Father-Daughter Doubles division will play a traditional single elimination format with consolation. Semifinal and Final matches will be best two out of three full sets.

An individual may register for up to two (2) events.

TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION FEE AND PROCESSING FEE CALCULATION
The tournament registration fee is $112.50 per player/$225 per team per event. All registrations are done online. A processing fee is charged by the company that administers the online registration process. The fee charged is calculated as follows: Entry Fee ............. Processing Fee $0 - $149.99 ......... 6.75% plus $1.25 $150 - $499.99 ..... 3.75% plus $5.75 $500 and up ......... 2.75% plus $10.75 *There is a $3.25 minimum per registration per person.

USTA CATEGORY 1 TOURNAMENT (No ITF Grade)
This tournament will receive USTA Category I
ranking points per round won. This

ACCOMMODATIONS - LA JOLLA BEACH & TENNIS CLUB AND LA JOLLA SHORES HOTEL
The tournament hotels are the La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club and the La Jolla Shores Hotel. Special room rates at the La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club ($180 per night plus taxes) and the La Jolla Shores Hotel ($130 per night plus taxes and Amenity Fee and Parking fee are waived) are available to those participating in the tournament based on availability. Call the Reservations Hotline at 800-624-2582, and mention that you are playing in the tournament to get these great rates. Rooms go fast, so get your reservations in early. As supply of rooms is limited, please limit the number of rooms reserved to the number of players in the tournament. There are 14 rooms available per night at the La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club and 38 rooms available at the La Jolla Shores Hotel for the period June 4 - June 6. COMPLIMENTARY LUNCH FOR PLAYERS
A complimentary lunch for players will be served on both Friday and Saturday. Lunches for family members or friends can be purchased in advance for $15.00 per person. The deadline for ordering lunch for family or friends is Friday, May 29th.

FRIDAY NIGHT PLAYER DINNER ON THE BEACH!
Players are invited to attend a complementary Friday evening player dinner on the beach at the La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club from approximately 5:30 pm to 8:30pm. Dress appropriately for the beach as it can get cool in the evening. We hope to see everyone there. The guest fee for the player dinner is $45.00 per person. Guests must be registered in advance by Friday, May 29 so we will know how many people will be attending the dinner. Sign-ups after that date for the dinner will be on an availability basis and the cost will be $50.00 per person. Contact the Tournament Director if you want to register guests for the dinner.

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
For getting around the city while you are in San Diego, a car is the best way to go! Ride-sharing services, such as Uber and Lyft, are available at San Diego International Airport.

PRACTICE COURTS
When possible, two complimentary practice courts will be set aside during the tournament at The Barnes Tennis Center. Practice time may be limited to 15 minutes during the tournament based on court availability.

RACKET STRINGING
Racquet stringing services are available for a fee onsite.
|
LOCKER FACILITIES
Men's and Women's locker rooms are available onsite for all tournament players.
|
PARKING
Parking is free for all players, guests and the public.
|
AWARDS
USTA gold, silver and bronze balls will be awarded to first, second and third place finishers respectively in all events.

TENNIS BALLS
The Wilson US OPEN Extra Duty ball is the official tournament ball.
|
COURTS & LIGHTS
The Barnes Tennis Center has 23 outdoor hard courts available onsite, a portion of which will be available for play, and all are lighted. All matches must be completed by 7:00 p.m. each day due to club restrictions.

MASSAGE SERVICES
Massage services will be available for a fee during the tournament. Hours and fees to be provided at a later date.
