Match Schedule Info - Future Match Info

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Lucas county has mandated wearing a face mask inside all public buildings - masks will be required in all lobby areas and locker rooms. We ask that ONLY PLAYERS come to the tournament desk. They will check in and then be asked to wait outside or in a car until their match is called. Only one parent will be allowed to watch any indoor match. Matches will also be played outside - please bring your own ice and water. After players finish their match and report the score, they should leave the club until their next match.

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
We are planning to host this tournament with some extra safety precautions for the players. Matches will be played on BOTH indoor and outdoor courts to accommodate larger draw sizes. Start times will be posted the Thursday before the tournament starts. Draws will be posted on that Friday.

Covid-19 Adjustments
Please make sure to bring your own ice, water and snacks as well as all other supplies you would need to play either inside or out. We will have bags of ice for injuries if needed.
We ask that all people use their best judgement when it comes to the covid-19 situation. Social distancing will be strongly encouraged. Also, once a match is complete, results turned in and next match time received we ask that you leave the indoor facility immediately. Do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your scheduled match time.
Please make sure to bring your own chairs to use and watch the matches that are played outside. Inside matches will have designated viewing areas for family members and coaches. There will be no chairs provided for the players on the courts.
There will be no handshakes at the completion of the match.
We ask that all players and spectators consider wearing a facial covering when off of the court - especially when inside the club. We will be using both the indoor and outdoor courts to help with social distancing.
We ask that each player come with just with one parent/coach.
If you have been feeling sick we ask that you not play the tournament. (We will also be taking the temperatures of players).
This list will be updated over the course of the weeks leading up to the tournament.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, July 14, 2020 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
