Covid Reminders
Players are limited to 1 spectator at all times. All spectators and players MUST wear masks at all times and remain socially distant from other families. When players reach their assigned court then they are allowed to take off their masks. As soon as the match is finished their masks must be put on again. Both players are to bring the balls back to the front desk and report the score and then immediately leave the facility until their next match. Players/spectators will not be able to stay and watch other players. Please help us by following all rules so that we can continue to host tournaments!

Match Times
Sunday matches will begin at 10am. Players can reserve courts between 8-10am for warmup. 1st round match times will be posted by Tuesday at 8pm. Monday matches will begin at 8:30am and Tuesday matches will begin at 8am. Perrysburg Tennis Center will be open on Saturday from 8am-3pm if players would like to call 419-873-6123 to reserve a warmup court for Sunday morning.

USTA/Midwest COVID-19 Safety Procedures
The COVID-19 procedures and policies in place by the USTA/Midwest Section for this event are as follows: * First and foremost, if you are not feeling well, please withdraw from the event. If you are a spectator and not feeling well, please stay home. * Player +1 for the entire event. Only one person is going to be allowed with each player. * The water fountains will not be accessible for the duration of the event. Please bring plenty of water for matches. * Social distancing will be strongly encouraged in addition to wearing a face mask. * We encourage bringing your own chair to watch any matches. Perrysburg Tennis Center will not have ANY chairs upstairs in the Mezzanine. * Do not enter the facility until 10-15 minutes before your scheduled match time. * There will be no handshakes at the conclusion of matches. 1 player will be asked to turn the score cards for the match. Officials will clean score cards in between each match. * Once match results have been turned in, we request you leave the facility immediately. Only players are to approach the tournament desk. Please keep a safe distance when doing so. * All tournament staff will be wearing masks.

Important USTA 2021 Changes
The USTA will be launching a new, simplified nationwide junior tournament competitive structure in January, 2021. These changes will create a standardized system that will drive greater consistency for our players, parents, coaches, tournament directors and officials. These changes will help better address the needs of all our constituents with the goals of driving growth in USTA Junior Tournaments. PLAYER SELECTION & SEEDING
This tournament will use a combination of USTA/Midwest Points Per Round and Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) for player selection and seeding. Players will be selected for the tournament in the following order: 1 - 44 Players based on the most recent USTA/Midwest Standings List in the age division of the tournament 2 - 20 Players based on UTR Players will be seeded for the tournament in the following order: All 16 seeds are done using UTR. POINTS PER ROUND

MATCH SCORING/DRAW SIZE
Feed-in consolation draw (through the round of 16). All matches are best of three tie-break sets with a 10-point tie-breaker in lieu of a 3rd set. The consolations stop at the final match. 64 FIC-R16

PLAY SITE LOCATIONS & PRACTICE COURTS
All matches will be played at Perrysburg Tennis Center. There will be warm up courts available every day before matches begin. The cost is $10 per 1/2 hour court. Only 1/2 hour courts will be available to reserve before play on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. On Saturday, December 26, the club will be open from 8am-3pm. Players may reserve courts for up to 1 hour on Saturday throughout the day. All practice courts must be reserved with a credit card over the phone. There will be no refunds on practice courts.

ORDER OF PLAY
SUNDAY - 2 rounds of main draw and 1 round of consolation singles. MONDAY - 2 rounds of main draw and 3 rounds of consolation singles. TUESDAY - 2 rounds main draws and 2 rounds consolation singles and the quarterfinal consolation round.

TOURNAMENT FEES
1) If your credit card has been declined, please contact the tournament director immediately. You have until noon Monday to pay the entry fee. The tournament director has the option to withdraw you from the competitors list if you have not communicated with them. 2) No refunds after player selection.
