Yellow Balls for all 12s Events
NCTA changed the requirements for BG12s after the tournament sanction period ended, but we will be using yellow balls for all 12s events

Doubles draws.....
Because of so many players playing two events and with a chance of rain on Sunday, we will be playing no-ad scoring for all doubles draws and mixed draws, up to the finals. All doubles times are scheduled thru the second round, and are subject to change. There will be a consolation round in all doubles events. Anything not scheduled will be played Sunday unless both opponents agree to play late on Saturday, which there will be courts available after 3:30pm. Double check all round robin times because they not be scheduled in time order

* When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password.
* Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts. When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message.
* If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, November 23, 2020 4:00:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
