Final Draw Times!
Players draws and times are final.! Dropouts after 12 noon Friday 11/6 will only be replaced by an alternate, if available. Seeds locations in the draw and seed numbers will not be moved around due to schedule changes that could require difficult changes in travel plans for players.

USTA/Midwest COVID-19 Safety Procedures
The COVID-19 procedures and policies in place by the USTA/Midwest Section for this event are as follows: * First and foremost, if you are not feeling well, please withdraw from the event. If you are a spectator and not feeling well, please stay home. * Player +1 for the entire event. Only one person is going to be allowed with each player. Everyone is required to have a mask on if they are not on court playing. * The water fountains will not be accessible for the duration of the event. Please bring plenty of water for matches. * Social distancing will be strongly encouraged in addition to wearing a face mask. * We encourage bringing your own chair to watch any matches outdoors. * Do not enter the facility until 10-15 minutes before your scheduled match time. * There will be no handshakes at the conclusion of matches. * Once match results have been turned in, we request you leave the facility immediately. Only players are to approach the tournament desk. Please keep a safe distance when doing so. * All tournament staff will be wearing masks

IRC COVID procedures
In addition to the protocols outlined by Midwest, IRC is using the following additional safeguards for this tournament: *All tournament players may have ONE spectator in attendance. The spectator must wear a wristband at all times which will be given out daily at the tournament desk. *All players must complete a signed COVID waiver prior to the first match. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/GXKBMQ6 *Masks MUST be worn at all times unless a player is actively playing. Spectators must wear a mask at all times. *Keep social distance (6 ft apart) from other players and spectators. *Tournament check-in will be upstairs overlooking court #1. Please follow the signs for one way traffic to enter the area. *Chairs, benches, and other common touch points have been removed. Players and spectators may bring their own chairs. *Drinking fountains are closed. However, water may be purchased at the front desk. *Meals and other food should be consumed outside of the building. *Hand sanitizer stations may be found in the central hallway, lobby, and other common areas.

Important USTA 2021 Changes
The USTA will be launching a new, simplified nationwide junior tournament competitive structure in January, 2021. These changes will create a standardized system that will drive greater consistency for our players, parents, coaches, tournament directors and officials. These changes will help better address the needs of all our constituents with the goals of driving growth in USTA Junior Tournaments. PLAYER SELECTION & SEEDING
This tournament will use a combination of USTA/Midwest Points Per Round and Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) for player selection and seeding. Players will be selected for the tournament in the following order: 1 - 34 Players based on the most recent
USTA/Midwest Standings List in the age division of the tournament (District
Championship/Qualifier results will not be used for selections as not all
districts ran one this year due to COVID.)
2 - 17 Players based on UTR

- 13 Players from the districts (wildcards - reach out to your district to find

POINTS PER ROUND

MATCH SCORING/DRAW SIZE
Feed-in consolation draw (through the Round of 16). Quarter-final losers will be fed into a separate consolation draw to playoff for 5th and 6th place. Semi-final losers will playoff for 3rd and 4th place. Main draw and 3/4 Playoff is best of three tie-break sets. Feed-In matches are best of three tie-break sets with a 10-point tie-breaker in lieu of a 3rd set. 64 FIC-R16

SITE LOCATIONS & PRACTICE COURTS
All matches will be played at the Indianapolis Racquet Club . 8249 Dean Rd. Indianapolis, IN 46240. Practice courts will be available at IRD Dean from 7-8 am on Saturday Nov 7. Other LIMITED practice courts will be available for no charge at IRC Dean occasionally during the tournament (4 players per court.)

TOURNAMENT HOTEL INFORMATION
Numerous hotels at Keystone at the Crossing Shopping area - 3 blockes West of IRC on 86th street. No specific tournament hotel.

ORDER OF PLAY
SATURDAY - 2 rounds of main draw and 1 round of consolation singles. SUNDAY - 2 rounds of main draw and 3 rounds of consolation singles. MONDAY - 2 rounds of main draw and 2 rounds of consolation singles.

TOURNAMENT FEES
1) If your credit card has been declined, please contact the tournament director immediately. You have until noon Monday to pay the entry fee. The tournament director has the option to withdraw you from the competitors list if you have not communicated with them. 2) No refunds after player selection.
