Communication Strategy
1. Talk to the site tournament desk staff
2. If they don't know the answer the tournament desk staff can
email Katie O'Riley at koriley@pnw.usta.com. Email is the best way
to get a hold of Katie O'Riley. The second best way to contact
Katie is by calling Galbraith Tennis Center at (253) 533-1145 and
asking for Katie. If she can't pick up the phone she will get back
to you as soon as she can. Email is the best form of communication,
she is on and off the tennis court so please wait for a response
before calling the front desk staff.
If Katie does not respond to your email right away, it is because
she is on court and will get to it ASAP. Calling the front desk
will not speed up this process.
