The sites of play have changed as a result of restriction given by the city . In order to reduce people on site we will be using the match app and asking everyone to have just one spectator per player. We will now be using KRC and TTCA and the 16 will now be on clay courts

All singles matches will be 2 out of 3 with a match tiebreaker for the third Doubles will be a 6 game set with ad ,10 and under will be short sets with ad scoring

The boys and girls 18's and 16s will play on clay all other divisions will play on outdoor hard court

ONCE THE ALTERNATE LIST HAS BEEN POSTED, THIS IS THE ORDER THAT IS USED FOR THE TOURNAMENT. Alternates are listed in the REPORT SECTION. DO NOT REFER TO THE ALTERNATES ON THE FAR LEFT SIDE OF THE WEB PAGE. (This is not updated). The ALTERNATE LIST is updated as soon as someone withdraws. IF NO ONE WITHDRAWS, THERE IS NOTHING TO UPDATE. It is the alternate's responsibility to check the website to see if the ALTERNATE LIST has changed. The tournament makes every effort to contact an alternate if he/she is selected to play in the tournament. Make sure your contact information is correct on your membership profile. The tournament is not responsible for a player not selected in the event the tournament cannot contact him/her due to incorrect or outdated contact information. Once an alternate is selected for play, payment is due immediately. Because ALTERNATES are not selected in the initial process we cannot process your credit card. Your acceptance is not final until entry fee has been received. It is your duty to notify us if you have reached "the point of no return" for traveling. We understand that some of you may not be able to come at a moment's notice if a spot opens. Please be courteous and withdraw from the alternate list if you know you cannot travel. As long as you are on the Alternates by Event, we assume you can still attend.

We will have check in on Friday night at KRC beginning at 4 30 pm and stay open until 8 00 pm . if you are unable to make it then you may check in 30 Minutes before your match at KRC . Please bring a signed Medical release to help speed up the process .
