FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES TO ENSURE YOU'LL RECEIVE COURT ASSIGNMENTS VIA TEXT
* When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password.
* Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts. When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message. * If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

Draw Size and Format
* Draws are limited by the Section to max of 32 players.
* Main Draw: Best of 3 sets with match tiebreak in lieu of 3rd set. No-ad scoring
* Consolation: 8 game pro set, no-ad. Consolation will not be played to completion.

Selection Process
L4 Super Six - Selection is up to 2 that are in the top 25 of the Eastern Standing list of the next younger age division. Except in the 10 and under division. Players may enter in up to two age divisions when entries close. The Eastern office will select players for these divisions in the following order: 18; 16; 14; 12. If a player is entered in two age divisions and is selected in the other older age division, that player shall not be eligible for selection into the younger division. If a player is not selected for the older division, that player is eligible for selection in the younger division and is eligible to be an alternate in the younger division, but not in the older division.

FROM I-690 EAST or WEST:
Get off on Bridge St. exit and go South, getting into left hand
land ASAP. Within a few hundred yards, you will come to a stoplight
with Home Depot on your left. This is Widewaters Parkway, so go
left and get on it and follow it less than a mile until you see in
big gold letters, "GOLD'S GYM" on the right. You have
arrived.
FROM SOUTH on I-81, go into Syracuse until you get to I-690, "East
Syracuse" and follow directions above.
FROM EAST,THRUWAY, exit onto I-481 going South and follow until you
get to I-690 "Fairgrounds" and go West onto I-690, follow
directions above.
Code Of Conduct: By registering for this tournament you agree to abide by the Rules & Regulations set forth in the USTA Friend at Court, the USTA Standards of Conduct, as well as the USTA Eastern Section's Rules & Regulations. The rules apply to parents & spectators as well; the player is responsible for their entourage. Poor behavior by the spectators may result in point penalties for the players. Poor personal behavior, bad sportsmanship or any acts detrimental to the game could prevent section endorsement. Further information on conduct requirements of USTA Tournament participants can be found here.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, August 25, 2020 1:00:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
