THIS WILL BE THE FIRST EVENT IN SOCAL SINCE COVID. WE WILL BE USING A VIRTUAL CHECK IN. YOU WILL CHECK FROM THE PARKING LOT. THEN GO TO YOUR COURT AND REPORT THE SCORE ON THE APP. YOU MUST BE OPEN TO VIRTUAL CHECK-IN, IF YOU WANT TO PLAY

This event will be using a new Remote check-in. You will arrive in the parking lot and check in from your car. Then I will text you to go to your court. Then after the match you will report you score to the app and go home or get lunch until your next match.

WE WILL BE USING PRIVATE CLUBS FOR THIS EVENT.


This event will have Limited Draws:

***BOYS and GIRLS 16 and 18s WILL BE DRAWS of 32. Players of these ages need to play and college is just around the corner.
30 players will get in based on SOCAL standings and 2 players will get in based on UTR.

***BOYS and GIRLS 12 and 14s will be draws of 32 as well.

30 based on Socal Standings and 2 based on UTR.


No 10 and under events

THIS WILL BE A SINGLE ELIMINATION EVENT. NO BACK DRAW.

THIS EVENT WILL BE 3 DAYS (SAT, SUN, and MON). IT ENDS MONDAY 8/3. Matches will be played Monday 11am to 5/6pm. DO NOT SIGN UP if you and your family cannot play on Monday. MOST SEMI and FINALS WILL BE PLAYED ON MONDAY.

All matches will be 2 sets and a 10 point match tie-breaker if they split. The finals for 14's, 16's and 18's will be 2 out of 3 full tie-break sets. We will use regular scoring throughout the tournament. We are using Pro-Penn balls.

Please do NOT plan on having warm up courts before your match. You can ask the tournament desk if there are courts but PLEASE DO NOT JUST JUMP ONTO AN OPEN COURT. Thanks!

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, July 27, 2020 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
