I just received APPROVAL from NCTENNIS to cancel play on Sunday
I will be sending emails to families to confirm mailing addresses in order to
issue partial refunds to divisions schedule to play today

Tournaments that are canceled due to weather are to follow this inclement weather policy:
• Age divisions where play has begun—NO REFUND
* Age divisions where there was no play at all—partial refund after deduction for actual tournament expenses.

In response to the COVID-19, we will be using Match Tennis App’s Virtual Tournament Desk technology to help facilitate CDC best practices.

In order to compete in this event, all competitors MUST click the below link to fill out the check-in form, and sign the waiver for this tournament.

* When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password.
* Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts. When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message.
* If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

Each player will be allowed one spectator at the courts
Assigned seating will be marked at the tennis facility
Benches will be removed from the courts
Sitting on the bleachers will not be allowed (Per rule from City Of Concord)
Players & spectators will need to bring there own sitting

We will be using SHORT SET SCORING, NO-AD for all matches
Definition
BG12s-18s: First to win 2 out of 3 sets, No-Ad scoring, 10pnt tiebreaker for the 3rd set
G10s will use a 7pnt tiebreaker for the 3rd

Players will be selected based on the most recent published NC standing list (IN PARENTHESIS)
Player must have one of the following: -Some NC/other state standing
-A verifiable player record, i.e. JTT, High School, Middle School, other district/sectional rank
The names of players who have been selected will appear as "Competitors" after the tournament deadline when selections are made. Contact us immediately if you realize that you cannot participate.

Some divisions have a lot of players trying to get in for this tournament
I have made several divisions for some of the age groups
For those with NO player record in the particular age division, I have made an Level 5 division
This is to help those that are located more on the Charlotte side of the world
