WAIVERS
The USTA waiver will need to be signed and emailed to tournament director prior to the tournament. The COVID specific waiver that the school/facility is requiring will need to be signed and dated Saturday and turned in by the player at check-in.

FRLC-First Round Losers Consolation.
Regular Scoring
All matches are best 2/3 sets with the deciding set a match Tie Break.

FACILITY/LOCATION
Mercersburg Academy has 14 courts. There is a lot of space to ensure that we all can follow CDC social distancing guidelines during the tournament. If you register for the tournament, please keep up to date on procedures that we will enforce during the tournament. We will update the tournament website before and during the tournament, as necessary. There is NO indoor backup for this tournament.

TOURNAMENT BALLS
US OPEN Extra Duty Balls will be used for the tournament. All matches will be played with 4 balls. Each player will be given a different number so that only touching the balls they were given by the tournament desk.

NO PRACTICE COURTS
Unfortunately with the current COVID-19 guidelines, we are not able to provide practice courts prior to and during the tournament. However, we will be offering 10-minute warm-ups.

|
RACQUET STRINGING
Overnight services will be offered for racquet stringing. We will not have a stringer on site.
|
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, July 22, 2020 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
