We always try to give everyone as many matches as possible & we will have feed in consolation & playoff for 3rd & 4th for Singles & Doubles! We will also have a doubles consolation bracket instead of the usual single elimination!
2. Scoring Format
(SOME SCORING MAY BE MODIFIED DUE TO HEAT INDEX, SIZE OF THE DRAWS, &\OR LENGTH OF THE TOURNY\NO SUNDAY PLAY. PLAYERS WILL STILL GET MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF MATCHES, USTA POINTS & VERIFIED UTR)
Singles 12-18s - will use regular scoring 2 out of 3 sets to 4
( 4-4 a 7 point set tie breaker will be played)
Split Sets - 10 point tiebreaker for the third set.
3 Min Coaching will be allowed.
Singles Girls 18s - will use regular ad scoring 2 out of 3 sets to 6
( 6-6 a 7 point set tie breaker will be played)
Split Sets - 10 point tiebreaker for the third set.
3 Min Coaching will be allowed.
Singles Ages 10 & under & GREEN DOT will use no ad scoring 2 out of 3 sets to 4
( 4-4 a 5 point set tie breaker will be played)
Split Sets - 7 point tiebreaker for the third set.
3 Min Coaching will be allowed.
Doubles will use no ad scoring 2 out of 3 sets to 4 ( 4-4 a 5 point set tie breaker will be played) Split Sets - 7 point tiebreaker for the third set. We will also added consolation, feed in, &\or playoffs for 3rd\4th
*** 5 min warm up.
***The winning player must bring back all 3 balls in order to report score
3. Schedules & Times - Remember the times on the draw are not exact times based on current matches on the courts. Which means that some matches could go on ahead of schedule, some on time, & some behind schedule. Please check in at least 15 mins prior to the time posted on the draw & if your opponent is also checked in\court available then you will get to go on early. Please be patient, we work hard to stay on schedule but some things are just out of our contr
