Notes
5 Minute warm up will be enforced.
Tournament Format:
Front Draw singles matches are two sets regular scoring, with 10
Pt. Tiebreaker in lieu of third set.
This also means we can schedule 3 singles matches a day if
needed. It also allows us to shorten rest periods as our time is
limited.
As Per the Midwest Section:
Coaching is allowed when players split sets before the 10 pt. a
Tiebreaker in lieu of a third set in singles Main Draw. There is
never coaching during an 8 game pro set. Players can receive
3 minutes of coaching and must be visible at all times! If players
split sets put your racquet up and we will find a neutral location
for parents or coaches to speak to their players.
Special Message to Parents:
Please remember "Tennis is an Individual Sport" and a level
playing field. Only time coaching is allowed, is if the players
split sets before the 10 PT. Tiebreaker!
