MATCH TENNIS BALL PROCEDURE
The tennis balls for each match will be on the court when you arrive. Please open 1 can of balls for your match. At the conclusion of the match the winner should place the balls back in the can and take them with you!

SCORE REPORTING
It is very important that you report the score immediately at the conclusion of the match. You must click on the link located in the text message you receive with your court assignment. This is where you will report your score. Both players must submit the score.

LUNCH SATURDAY
Chic-fil-a sandwiches will be provided on Saturday at 12:00pm for each player and 1 guest. This will be on a grab and go basis so we may all practice social distancing.

T-SHIRT DISTRIBUTION
T-shirts will be distributed to players on court. We will try to get them to each player during their first matches. If not, we will get it to you by your second match!

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN WATER FOR YOUR MATCHES!
Please remember to bring a water jug! Also, spectators should bring their own chairs to view matches! Remember to practice social distancing at all times!

DRAW FORMAT
Except for round robin formats, singles draws will have a MODIFIED FEED IN CONSOLATION. Do not assume that you are finished with the tournament when you lose. Always double check the draws online for your match times and locations. Except for round robin formats, doubles will be Single Elimination (SE).

SCORING FORMAT Boys & Girls 12-18's
Singles: 2 out of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10 point tiebreak played in lieu of a 3rd set. We use ad scoring in singles.
Doubles: 2 out of 3 short sets (first to 4 by 2 with a 7 point set tiebreak played at 3 all) NO AD scoring and a 7 point tiebreak played for the 3rd set.

WARM UP
Match warm ups will be limited to 5 minutes. WARM UP COURTS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AT HOLLY TREE OR THE ALTERNATE SITES ONCE MATCHES BEGIN.

AWARDS
Awards will be presented to the main draw singles champions and finalists. Doubles winners will receive a medal. All 10U players will receive a medal. Please see the tournament director at the desk to receive your award!

BOYS AND GIRLS 10's ORANGE BALL DIVISIONS
Boy's and Girl's 10's ORANGE BALL divisions will be played on a 60' court using a low compression orange ball. Racquet size is limited to 25" or smaller. Draw format will be determined by the number of participants. Scoring format as follows: 2 out of 3 short sets using NO AD scoring, first to 4 games (win by 2). A 7 point tiebreak is played if players reach 4 all. If players split sets then a 7 point tiebreak is played for the 3rd set (win by 2). THERE IS NO COACHING BETWEEN THE 2nd AND 3rd SET BREAK IN THE 10 & UNDER DIVISIONS.

COURT SURFACES (Boys and Girls 12's - 16's)
Boys will be playing primarily on hard courts. Girls will be playing primarily on clay courts. Although every effort is made to keep players on the same surface, there is no guarantee. The referee reserves the right to change the court surfaces in the event of inclement weather.

SEEDING CRITERIA
The most current USTA Southern Standing List will be used for seeding purposes.

ENTRY FEE REFUNDS
There will be no refunds once entries close. No exceptions.

ALTERNATE SITES
WE WILL BE USING ALTERNATE SITES. All sites are within 5-10 minutes of Holly Tree.

All parents are strongly encouraged to view the "Parenting My Champion" sportsmanship video before their player participates in SC L4 or L5 tournaments. In addition, we encourage all parents to view the video, regardless of the level of experience or level of play the player is currently competing.

SC L4 Player Eligibility Requirements Any player currently ranked in the SC Standings in the top 10 in the 12's - 16's age divisions must play up in the next age division.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, November 2, 2020 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
