Sunday, 12/13 - Updated Match Times and New Location
Match Format for Sunday, 12/13 is Short Sets - No Ads (4 games to win the set) for BG12 - 18 - BG10U format will remain the same. Matches that are being resumed from Saturday must finish with the same format used on Saturday.
Duluth Racquet Club (DRC) - 2650 Olde Towne Parkway, Duluth, GA 30097 has been added as the 3rd Site. Boys 14 and Boys 16 draws have been scheduled at DRC. Please pay attention to the site location for your match. Thanks for your patience.

New Match Schedule for Sunday, 12/13
Sunday, 12/13/2020 matches will start at 10:00 a.m. for all locations. and all draws. The match schedules are being determined for all locations and all age draws. I will have the new match schedules ready later tonight and definitely before 6:00 a.m. Thanks for your patience.

Match Time Adjustment for Weather Delay - Please read carefully.
Match scheduled between 4-6:00 p.m. please add two hours to your match time. All matches scheduled at DeKalb Tennis Center for 6:30 p.m. and after will be rescheduled for tomorrow. All matches scheduled at Sugar Creek Tennis Center times have not changed.

What Players and Parents Need To Know
1. Matches are being held at two locations- right before the date and match time is the abbreviation for the tennis center. DTC your match is at DeKalb Tennis Center (1400 McConnell Drive, Decatur GA 30033) and SCTC your match is at Sugar Creek Tennis Center (2706 Bouldercrest Rd, Atlanta GA 30316).
2. Please make sure you only check-in when your arrive at the tennis center When you check-in you are indicating that your are ready to go on the tennis court to play your match.
3. At Sugar Creek Tennis Center only staff is allowed in the building due to their CoVid policy. Restrooms are located off of the patio before you get to the tennis courts. To get to the tennis court, please walk to the right of the building toward the golf t-off area.
4. Please remember to wear your mask and practice social distancing.

When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password.
Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts. When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message.
* If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

Welcome!
This is an intermediate level tournament sanctioned by USTA Georgia as a Level 4. Registration must be completed online. Player gift to all participants.
Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will play on a full court with yellow balls.
Boys and Girls registered for Green Ball 10 and under division will play on a full court with Green balls.
Boys and Girls registered for Orange Ball 10 and under division will play on a 60’ court with orange balls.
USTA Georgia tournaments do not offer Orange Level 2 divisions.
Player selection
This tournament is open for junior players regardless of ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and your credit card is charged.
Late Entrants
Full information on the late entry policy is stated below. A late fee of $10 may be charged.
Draws
Draws will be published by Thursday at 5 p.m.. It is your responsibility to check this tournament web page for the player draws, match times, locations and any other updates.
Format
Limit 16 draw. FIC through Quarterfinals. 3rd and 4th place playoffs. Some consolations may not finish. Scoring format: BG 12s-18s: 2 out of 3 sets with 3rd set match Tie-breaker as a 3rd set (MAIN & CONSOLATION). Scoring format for BG10s will be 2 out of 3 short sets (sets to 4 games) with a 7-point tie-break for the 3rd set (both Main and Consolation draws).
Withdrawals and Refund Policy
Before the deadline, withdraw through TennisLink. After the deadline, email the tournament director. No refunds after the tournament deadline. Note: the $3 TennisLink fee is non-refundable. If tournament is cancelled due to weather conditions, no matches completed - full credit into future Agape tournament. 1 match completed - no credit / no refund.

Individual players can register for this tournament. The
tournament director will pair players together within their age
group when possible.
Match Format - Singles
All players will be placed in two matches with the FIC Quarter
Finals consolation match format. Main draw and consolation match
scoring is the best 2 sets with a third set tiebreaker to determine
the match. FIC through Quarterfinals, 3rd and 4th place playoffs.
Some consolations matches may not finish.
Match Format - Doubles
Doubles teams will play an 8 game pro-set in single elimination
match format. A 10 point tiebreak will be played to determine the
match at 8 all.
Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will
play on a full court with green dot balls.
Boys and Girls registered for 10 and under division will
play on a 60' court with orange balls.

Late Entrants
USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA
GA tournaments in the event that the draw is not full, provided
that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further
provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be
accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late
entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds
must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once
draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept
late entries.
Draws
Draws will be published by Friday. It is your responsibility to
check this tournament webpage for the players' draws, match times
and any other updates. Any match times found on the Internet,
outside of the First Match Time Report, are unofficial. Official
match times only may be found on the posted draw sheets at the
tournament sites. Players must check the posted draw sheets to get
their match time and the location.
Withdrawals and Refund Policy
If this tournament is canceled due to weather conditions, players
will receive a credit towards future as follows: No match played -
100% registration fee paid, 1 match played - no credit. Note: USTA
service charge is non-refundable.

WEATHER POLICY - If this tournament is cancelled due to weather conditions, players will receive a credit towards a future Agape tournament as follows. 100% registration fee credit minus USTA non-refundable service fee. 1 match completed no credit/refund.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY - Players withdrawing prior to the match schedule/draw being posted 100% registration fee credit minus USTA non-refundable service fee. Players withdrawing from the tournament after match schedule/draws are posted no credit/refund. No cash refunds.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, December 7, 2020 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
