18 & UNDER JUNIORS who wish to participate in this tournament must play at the OPEN LEVEL.

Due to the unpredictability of match outcomes, we are unable to take match time avoidance requests beyond the first day of the tournament. Avoidance requests must be emailed to the Tournament Director by he tournament deadline. RESCHEDULING POLICY - Finals may NOT be rescheduled! There will be NO RESCHEDULING of matches except in extreme circumstances beyond the control of the players and then only with prior approval of the Tournament Director. Players rescheduling without permission will be DEFAULTED! All costs of rescheduling are the responsibility of the initiator. Players are under NO obligation to reschedule when asked by an opponent.
