Indianapolis Healthplex Summer Open - USTA Midwest Level 4

USTA MIDWEST LEVEL 4. All matches are best two out of three tiebreak sets with a super tiebreaker (first to ten, win by two) in lieu of a third set. *THIS IS A LIMITED DRAW TOURNAMENT. PLAYERS WILL BE SELECTED MANUALLY BY THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR AFTER THE CLOSE OF REGISTRATION.*

-PLAYERS WILL BE ALLOWED ONLY ONE PARENT OR GUARDIAN TO ATTEND MATCH WITH THEM.


-Players are to arrive at the Healthplex no more than 15 minutes prior to their scheduled match time.


-Each match will be played with 4 balls instead or 3.


-There will be no court seats, however players are allowed to bring their own.


-At the coin flip, one player will be responsible for changing the score cards. Score card will be wiped down between matches.


-No handshake at match conclusion.


-Water fountains will be out of order. Cafe will operate under usual hours.


-There will access to bathrooms but not changing areas.


-Observation desks will have very limited seating.


-Masks are optional (but encouraged) for Healthplex members and guests.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, July 5, 2020 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
