THIS TOURNAMENT IS A COMPASS DRAW. NEF means Non Elimination
Format. This is what a compass draw is. We are making it a
32 player draw and you will be guaranteed 5 matches as long as we
have a full 32 draw. If the draw has 16 players in it you will be
guaranteed 4 matches.

in both The 32 Valley and The 32 Mountain Tournaments. This refund
will be sent after the tournament is finished.
32 player draw/16 player draw
Our goal is to give players as many matches as we can. If we don't
reach close to the 32 player draw we will most likely do a 16
player draw and then do an alternate player draw with players from
17th player registered and on.
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE 5 MATCHES UNLESS WE HAVE A FULL 32-PLAYER

SCORING
The scoring will be best 2-of-3 tie-break sets in all events EXCEPT
B10s and G10s will play best two out of of 3 short sets, first to 4
games, no-ad scoring. If the score reaches 4-4 in the first two
sets, the players will then play a 7 point tiebreak to determine
the winner of that set. All doubles will play 8-game pro sets with
a 10 point tie-breaker at 8-8. There will be consolation in
doubles. When applicable, a round robin will be scored first by
head-to-head win % and then by set win %.
WITHDRAWING PLAYERS
A withdrawing player shall immediately notify the Tournament
Committee or Referee by telephone or electronic communication that
the player will not be playing. If the player is not playing
because of an injury or illness, the player shall deliver written
verification of the injury or illness from a medical professional
to the Referee no later than the last scheduled day of the
tournament. If the player is not playing because of a personal
emergency, the player shall deliver a written decision of the
situation to the Referee no later than the last scheduled day of
the tournament. The Referee shall determine whether the situation
