OUTDOOR COURTS ARE STILL WET AND WONT BE ABLE TO DRY BY 11am.
THERE IS A 1 HOUR DELAY FOR ALL THE MATCHES THAT ARE STARTING AT 11 AND AFTER PLEASE ADD AN HOUR TO YOUR MATCH TIME. 11am MATCHES ARE NOW 12 O'CLOCK MATCHES.
WE WILL BE HAVING AN OTHER UPDATE BY 10:30.

FORMAT FOR TOMORROW WILL BE
DOUBLES - SET TO 6 WITH NO-AD SCORING ---- BACK TO BACK MATCHES WITH NO REST
SINGLES - SHORT SET WITH-AD SCORING THRU SEMIS. FINALS WILL BE REGULAR SCORING ---- 30 MIN BREAK IN BETWEEN MATCHES
WE STILL HAVE A LOT OF SNOW ON THE COURTS. PLEASE CHECK THE NOTES SECTION BEFORE YOU LEAVE YOUR HOUSE JUST TO MAKE SURE WE DON'T HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL DELAYS.

If you are planning on playing the doubles event, please try and sign up with a partner. if you sign up without a partner and we do not have anybody looking for a partner, you will not be playing doubles and thats the risk you take entering without a partner!!

SIGNING UP FOR BOTH EVENTS
IF YOU PLAN TO PLAY DOUBLES, YOU MUST SIGN UP FOR THE EVENT TOGETHER WITH THE SINGLES EVENT. SIGNING UP FOR SINGLES WILL NOT MAKE YOU ELIGIBLE FOR DOUBLES PORTION OF THE DRAW. THEY ARE 2 SEPERATE EVENTS AND MUST BE SIGNED UP TOGETHER DURING ENTRY.

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 4-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, February 3, 2020 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
