TOURNAMENT COMMUNICATION:

START TIMES AND DRAWS
Start times will be posted by Wednesday, January 22 at 7:00 p.m. Please click on Future Match Info for your specific start time. Your first match time is listed directly beneath your name. No matches will start prior to 8 a.m. on Saturday, January 25. Draws will be posted on Friday, January 24 by 8 a.m. All matches are listed on EASTERN TIME and will be played at EASTERN TIME!

Due to the number of entries, we will have to schedule singles and doubles matches on Saturday and Sunday. If possible, we may schedule some doubles matches for Saturday evening.
Doubles: We will take Girls 18 doubles entries until 12 noon on Saturday, January 25. We will post doubles draws and doubles start times by 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 25. No doubles matches will begin before Saturday at 5 p.m. The Boys 18 doubles division is full.

MATCH SCORING FORMAT
All SINGLES matches are best of three tie-break sets with a 10-point tie-breaker in lieu of a 3rd set.
All DOUBLES matches are 8-game pro sets, with a 10-point tie-breaker at 8-8.

PRACTICE COURTS
Practice courts will be available on Friday, January 24 for $16.00 per court hour. All practice courts must be prepaid and no refunds.
Warm-up courts on Saturday and Sunday will be available from 7 a.m. - 8 a.m., free of charge. No other practice courts will be guaranteed. Warm-up courts may become available on a random basis throughout play on Saturday, but nothing will be reserved.

PLAYER SELECTION PROCESS, SEEDING AND DRAW SIZE
Tournament Director Selection process by most recent USTA Midwest standings list.
Seeding will be done by most recent USTA Midwest standings list.
Draw size is limited to 8 players per draw. We will try to fill 2 draws of 8 players per age division organized by ranking but may offer more or less depending on participation and court availability.

PLAYER CONTACT INFORMATION POLICY
If you do not provide an email address and/or cell number(s) when you register for this tournament, then we will not be able to notify you about any possible changes in the tournament.

TOURNAMENT FEES
1) If your credit card has been declined, please contact the tournament director immediately. The tournament director has the option to withdraw you from the competitors list if you have not communicated with them.
2) No refunds after player selection.
|
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, January 19, 2020 11:59:00 PM Indiana Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
