In response to the COVID-19, we will be using Match Tennis App’s Virtual Tournament Desk technology to help facilitate CDC best practices.

When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password.

Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts. When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message.
* If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

Please be aware that some of this tournament will be played on our clay courts.

This is an intermediate-level tournament sanctioned by USTA Georgia as a Level 4 (Southern level 5 points). Registration must be completed online. Player gift to all participants.

Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will play on a full court with yellow balls.

Boys and Girls registered for 10 and under division eligible for green ball will play on a full court with green dot balls.
Boys and Girls registered for 10 and under division not eligible for green balls will play on a 60’ court with orange balls.
USTA Georgia tournaments do not offer Orange Level 2 divisions.

Player selection
This tournament is open for junior players regardless of ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and your credit card is charged.

Late Entrants
Full information on the late entry policy is stated below. A late fee of $10 may be charged.

Draws
Draws will be published by Thursday at 5 p.m.. It is your responsibility to check this tournament web page for the player draws, match times, locations and any other updates.

Format
Limit 16 draw. FIC through Quarterfinals. 3rd and 4th place playoffs. Some consolations may not finish. Scoring format: BG 12s-18s: 2 out of 3 sets with 3rd set match Tie-breaker as a 3rd set (MAIN & CONSOLATION). Scoring format for BG10s will be 2 out of 3 short sets (sets to 4 games) with a 7-point tie-break for the 3rd set (both Main and Consolation draws).

Withdrawals and Refund Policy
Before the deadline, withdraw through TennisLink. After the deadline, email the tournament director. No refunds after the tournament deadline. Note: the $3 TennisLink fee is non-refundable.

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 1-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.
