I have been called to Jury Duty. because of this I will not be able to post the draws until Thursday afternoon.

THIS EVENT WILL BE PLAYED OVER ONE WEEKEND + MONDAY & TUESDAY AFTER 5 PM.

ALL MATCHES WILL BE A "BEST OF TWO SETS" A 10 POINT TIE BREAKER WILL BE PLAYED IN LIEU OF A THRID SET.

For ages 12-18's players who are ranked in the top 50 will not be allowed to participate in Open Level 5 events. These events are meant for players moving up from Level 6 but not quite ready for higher level events. (Players can play up in the next higher division if ranked in the top 50 of their age group) This does not apply to 10 & under divisions.

We will use the latest UTR (Universal Tennis Rating) for seeding. (10 & under will use the SCTA Rankings)

All matches played at Lakewood & El Dorado Park Tennis Centers will be recorded in HD. The recordings will be available for purchase by tournament competitors at a moderate cost. ($25.00) This is a great service which can be used as a developmental tool to move your game ahead or simply as a historical archive of your matches. Check in at the Pro Shop (or Video table) to find out how to order yours.

All 10 & Under matches will be played with the “Green” Ball (or Green Dot Ball) on a standard sized 78’ court. There is no racquet restriction with this ball.

For Southern California open ranking purposes, this tournament is a SCTA Level 5 event. For 2020 tournaments, Level 5 points will be awarded based on draw size for each individual event. more info

The Lakewood Tournament and all officials of this event would like to inform the players of our expectations of proper attire while competing in this tournament.
GIRLS: No sports bras or compression shorts are to be worn alone; midriff must be covered when arms are at rest, and spandex shorts must be covered by additional shorts or skirt.
BOYS: No cut off t-shirts, or cut off shorts. Sleeveless tennis shirts may be worn. No reference to drugs, violence, alcohol, or foul language may be depicted on player attire.
