In response to the COVID-19, we will be using Match Tennis App’s Virtual Tournament Desk technology to help facilitate CDC best practices.

For the safety of all Tournament players, parents, coaches and staff we will NOT be using a physical tournament desk where social gathering is most common. We instead will be using Match Tennis App’s Virtual Tournament Desk to help facilitate CDC guidelines for social distancing. FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES TO ENSURE YOU'LL RECEIVE COURT ASSIGNMENTS VIA TEXT
* When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password.
* Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts. When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message.
* If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

Safety Guidelines: Do not congregate on the porch area of RTC, no player ice will be provided. Please set up shade tents around the RTC grounds in the grass areas.
The St. Andrews courts and campus are closed with security at the campus entrance. No practice available at the St. Andrews location.
Mask must be worn at all times around the grounds of RTC. Players must put mask on when leaving the court after their match.

Tournament Important Information
Maximum of 32 players in each draw! Feed in Consolation the draw type with all matches play. Rain may put limits on format! The most recent STA ranking will be used for seeding.

10 point tie breaker in lieu of 3rd set
10 & Under ~ green dot - 2 sets til 4, at 4 all play a 7 point tie breaker

Seeding will be done based on current Southern Standings.

No Doubles
Southern high level tournaments are not having doubles for 2-3 months

Players need to check in 30 minutes before match time

Policies
Restrooms & Pro Shops are limited to 10 people
Masks are encouraged inside the building & at check in desk
NO Shaking Hands; Tap racquets at conclusion of match

Limited Amenities
For your safety, there will be no ice, nor water on courts. The ice machine will be unavailable (make sure to bring plenty of ice & water).
T-shirts & lunch will not be provided this year.
Hopefully next year all tournaments will be back to normal.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Friday, July 17, 2020 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
