Tournament Check In Saturday Morning
For 8am matches, please check in at your site by 7:30am Saturday morning. All others, please report to your site 15 minutes before your match time.

This is an intermediate-level
tournament sanctioned by USTA Georgia as a Level 4 (Southern level 5 points).
Registration must be completed online.
Player selection
This tournament is open for
junior players regardless of ranking. You will receive an automated email if your
player is selected and your credit card is charged.
Late Entrants Late Entry Fee - all late entries after on-line registration will
have a $10 late entry fee. Please read below for further information on the late entry policy.
Draws
Draws will be published by Thursday at 5 p.m..
It is your responsibility to check this tournament web page for the player draws, match times and any other updates. Any
match times found on the Internet, outside of the First Match Time Report, are
unofficial. Official match times only may be found on the posted draw sheets at
the tournament sites. Players must check the posted draw sheets to get their
match time and the location.
Format
Feed-In Consolation through Quarterfinals (FIC). 3rd and 4th place
playoffs. Some consolations may not finish. Limit 16 draw. Adult league play
may factor into the scheduling of weekend morning and afternoon play. Officials
for every 8 courts. Trophies awarded to winners and runners-up. Consolation
finalists will receive awards. Scoring Format: Main Draw and Consolation for BG
12 (2 sets with a 3rd set match tie-break) Scoring format for BG10s will be 2
out of 3 short sets (sets to 4 games) with a 7-point tie-break for the 3rd set
(both Main and Consolation draws).
Withdrawals and Refund Policy
Before the
deadline, withdraw through TennisLink. After the deadline, email the tournament
director. No refunds for
withdrawals after the tournament deadline.

Southern Orange Ball 10 & Under Changes
Please note that starting January 2020 USTA Southern’s Youth Progression has changed from offering 2 levels of Orange ball to only one level of Orange ball - Orange Level 1. Players will now start at Orange Level 1 and progress to Green Level 1 then to Mission Complete/Yellow Ball. Youth Progression point distribution has also changed. See below for more info:

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 4-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries
