**A few notes about doubles: Girls 16's & 18's have been combined. If you signed up for doubles without a partner check the draws, we have randomly paired some of you if we had someone available. We did our best to accommodate late start times Friday but due to the large draws and some players playing in different divisions it made it difficult. The earlier Friday start also allows us to finish all matches Sunday evening so that players will not have to play Monday.

Fri: Doubles starting 5pm or later
Sat: Singles starting at 8:30am or 9:00am followed by doubles in the afternoon
Sun: Singles starting at 8:30amor 9:00am followed by doubles in the afternoon
Mon: We will make every effort to finish Sunday evening but we will play Monday if needed due to inclement weather or other circumstances. This would most likely just be the consolation finals.
This timeline is subject to change if needed to make the tournament run more smoothly.

Tournament check- in and match check-in will be in the Zan Guerry Indoor Tennis Center (large building to the right after you enter the parking lot) on Friday from 3:30-7:00pm. If you are unable to check-in Friday, please arrive 30 minutes before your match Saturday to check-in. Check-in Saturday will remain at the Zan Guerry Tennis Center. Once you are checked in we encourage you to arrive 30 minutes early and be ready to play your match when it is called.

Please note that starting January 2020 USTA Southern’s Youth Progression has changed from offering 2 levels of Orange ball to only one level of Orange ball - Orange Level 1. Players will now start at Orange Level 1 and progress to Green Level 1 then to Mission Complete/Yellow Ball. Youth Progression point distribution has also changed. Main Site: Baylor School We have all matches at Baylor: Baylor has 8 indoor courts and 16 outdoor hard courts. For GPS use 164 Raider Lane, Chattanooga, TN 37405. Turn by Raceway gas station and follow the road through the back gate and to the tennis center parking.
Practice Courts: All courts at Baylor Tennis Complex will be available on first come/first serve basis up until 15 minutes before play begins each day.
Alternate site for inclement weather:
We will be using Baylor indoor courts and Manker Patten indoor courts if needed for inclement weather.

Champions Club has 20 Outdoor Courts (12 Lighted) at the main complex and 6 additional courts by the baseball fields as you drive into the park. We will be using 8 courts at Champions and the 6 courts by the baseball fields will be available on a first come/first serve basis for practice all day.
