For first matches at 11:30AM please report directly to the court assigned below. Your balls will be waiting for you on the court!!

All matches after these initial rounds will be notified via text or phone. Players should stop by the tournament desk for their Sunday can of balls. It is not necessary to check in until we contact you for your match. Please remember to arrive NO EARLIER than 10 minutes before your match time.
Please note that the Pro Shop does have drinks and snacks for purchase.

Few reminders for the weekend!!!


1. ENTRANCE TO THE TENNIS CENTER: The entrance to the tennis center is on the west side of the park....YOU CANNOT GET ACCESS TO THE TENNIS CENTER via the MAIN PARK ENTRANCE!!! You have to go west to Sheridan and Palm....go NORTH on Palm past the church and the school and you will see an entrance to the park for the TENNIS CENTER!!!


2. PLAYER GUESTS: Players can only have TWO (2) Guest each due to Covid 19 restrictions IN THE PARK!!. If you bring a little sister and a parent, that is 2! If you bring a coach and ONE parent that is 2!! NO PETS ARE ALLOWED!! PLEASE RESPECT THESE RESTRICTIONS!!


3. We will send another email with the court assignments for the 1PM matches. Court assignments after 1PM will be sent VIA TEXT to the cell number provided on the entry of the player. It is not necessary to sign in. Players will get a can of balls for the day with their name on it. They should keep it with them for both matches and return after their 2nd match of the day. New balls will be distributed on Sunday. If you did not include your cell phone on the entry, please text the name and number of the player to the TOURNAMENT DESK number of 305 588 0564.


4. THERE ARE NO WARM UP COURTS. You must arrive ready to play no earlier than 10 minutes before you designated match time and wait (except for the first matches) wait in your vehicle until you get a text to enter the club with your TWO GUESTS


5. We are not allowed to provide drinks, ice or snacks for the weekend so please plan accordingly and bring your own supplies. Masks are required except when playing on the court for matches. There is a Publix within one mile of the club if you need to purchase anything. THERE WILL BE NOTHING ON SITE.


6. Please bring paper to keep track of the score as scoring devices cannot be provided. You can also use the clay with your racquet to keep track of the score. Please be sure to announce the score before you serve to avoid any discrepancies.


7. In case of any delays or important information we will send via the Tournament Homepage, text message service and email. The Tournament Desk number is 305 588 0564. Do not reply to the text messages sent from the service as you will not get a response. For any concerns, the only number to use is the Tournament Desk (305) 588 0564.


We know many of these things are not convenient for everyone but these are rules we all must folllow and we ask and require your compliance. Anyone who fails to abide by these guidelines will be asked to leave the park.

Please note that the Tournament Desk will be outside the clubhouse near the parking lot. Upon arrival please text the Tournament Desk that you have arrived. We will let you know when your court is ready and when you can enter the club. Please note...no pets and only up to TWO guests per player. The Tournament Desk number for the weekend is 305 588 0564. Please be sure to log this into your phone as it will be the point of communication for the weekend. Please note there will be NO ICE and NO SCOREBOARDS so please plan to bring your own ice and paper and a pen to keep tally of the score on the court or use your racquet to mark on the clay!!

We have gotten a lot of calls asking if the tournament is ON for the weekend and the answer is YES!!! We would ask that everyone include a cell phone number (of the person with your child this weekend) as well as an email as we do have procedures to follow to keep everyone in compliance with Covid 19 procedures! Everyone's health and safety is priority #1, so we ask that you read these instructions (sent after the tournament entry deadline) and follow them. As we have protocols in place for healthy and safety of everyone involved due to Covid 19, we must be in communication with all our participants with the procedures, so please be sure to include the cell phone number of the person that will be with your child this weekend as well as an email.

Please note that the players must withdraw themselves (using the EDIT REGISTRATION tab) prior to the entry deadline to withdraw. Withdrawals after the computer entry deadline of Wednesday, September 2nd at 11;59 must be done through the Tournament Director via email only and are not refundable. We thank you for your adherence to this policy.
