FIRST MATCH TIMES
ARE UP. Click Future Match report above to find your name, location
and time. REMINDER: Check your site, we are using 3 sites for the
tournament.
DRAWS will be available Thursday morning at 11am EST so you can
see your next round time. Most draws will play the semi-finals and
finals on Sunday. All draw finals are played on Sunday. Please plan
accordingly.
All start times will be listed under the Future Match Info link.
Please do not call or email to find out times. Matches will begin
on Friday evening at 6pm, 9am on Saturday, and 9am on Sunday.
Please plan accordingly. All draws will be playing through
Sunday.

KCollege Health and Wellness Center 130 Catherine St,
Kalamazoo MI 49006 Abbrev: KCOLL.
Maple and Portage YMCA's will be used Friday and Saturday. KCollege
and Portage YMCA will be used on Sunday. Please check your match
location.
Late entries will NOT be accepted so please register before the
deadline. Thank you!
NOTE: :PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO YOUR SITE. Photo Identification is
required to enter the facility. Anyone 14 years of age or older
will be asked for Photo ID to enter the facility each time they
enter.
Midwest Level 4
If an age group has 3 players, a round robin will be played. The
format of play is 2 of 3 sets, with a match tiebreaker in lieu of a
3rd set.
PRACTICE COURTS/WARM UP COURTS
Practice courts will be limited before the first round of matches
for each day. It will be a first come first serve basis. Courts
must be shared. No reservations taken. No warm up courts are
available at each site once the first round of matches begin.
PLAYER SELECTION
Player Selection will be done on Tuesday morning at 11am after the
deadline. Draw size will be according to the number of players
registered. All players will receive a minimum of 2 matches. Draw
size is limited to 16 participants. In the event more than 16
participants register, the top 16 ranked participants will be used.
In the event Midwest standing list does not fill the entire 16
player draw, district rankings will be used.
USTA/MIDWEST SECTION SUSPENSION POINT SYSTEM & SIGNING UP FOR
TWO TOURNAMENTS
Signing up for two events: The USTA Code of Conduct and Suspension
Point System is in effect. You are expected to play the entire
event as scheduled. The USTA/Midwest Section Junior Competition
Committee has adopted a new Suspension Point System. All players
will be given five (5) suspension points for entering two or more
tournaments that take place at the same time, in whole or in part,
unless each Tournament Committee involved agrees with the multiple
entries in writing via e-mail. This applies to all players who
signed up for the tournament including alternates.
DRESS CODE
Proper tennis attire must be worn during all tennis matches.

KALAMAZOO WEATHER
No matter the weather, the tournament will be played. Please make
appropriate travel plans especially if snow is predicted.
Player Selection TypePlayers are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry TypeEntry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, January 6, 2020 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
