MATCHES BEGIN ON SATURDAY

Safety guidelines for this tournament- VERY IMPORTANT YOU READ THIS!
1. Players must check-in using a cell phone and the app REMIND. To join the tournament messaging system and to communicate with the tournament director text the message @indst2020 to the number 81010 and download the app. 2. If you are not feeling well, please withdraw from the event. If you are a spectator and not feeling well, please stay home.
3. Only ONE spectator allowed on site per player and they must wear a mask and practice social distancing. Spectators must bring their own chairs
4. One restroom is available on site. Please use the restroom at home before you arrive. 5. There is no use of the tennis house to fill water jugs or access the ice machine. No water fountains are in use on site.
6. Players must wear masks entering and exiting the courts, also while on site.
7. All staff will wear masks and stay 6 feet away all players. Staff will clean score cards and nets after matches.
8. Players can only enter and exit the courts once approved by a court monitor on the westside of the courts and sanitize their hands.
9. Only one player changes the scorecards and players must put their bags on opposite sides of the court. Two balls will be used in each match unless players request two more balls in which they will not touch their opponents balls. 10. When the match is finished, do not shake hands. A touch of the racquets is acceptable. 11. Players will be expected to leave once their match is done. Put your balls in the hopper next to the fence. Sanitize your hands. Send your scores via the Remind app to the tournament director and we will text you your next time. Do not stay at the tournament site!!

1. Please text the number 81010 the message @indst2020. This will enable you to receive tournament messages including what court/deck to report to, receive match times, etc... 2. Download the application REMIND to your phone. This way you can now send me direct information, such as the score or anything I need to know. 3. Checkin for your match when you are on-site at NC and still in your car. We do not want players congregating under the pavilion.

Scoring format
Scoring format - regular scoring with the first two sets as tiebreak sets and a match tiebreak (10 point) instead of a third set. A three minute break with coaching is authorized after spit sets. In the event of inclement weather, the tournament director reserves the right to shorten matches for an entire round of play.

The only playing site - 28 courts at the "Barbara S. Wynne Tennis Center" at North Central High School; 1805 E. 86th Street; Indianapolis, IN 46240.

Day, time and location of individual matches After 12 noon, two days after the tournament draw is made, return to this tournament home page and find the "MATCH SCHEDULE INFO - FUTURE MATCH INFO" report,(blue type) located just below the "IMPORTANT INFORMATION" block, for an alphabetical list of players with their first match time, day and location.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, July 14, 2020 11:59:00 PM Indiana Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
