All Players and Spectators, Please adhere to all safety measures this weekend!
1. Face Masks must be worn on site at all times except when you are competing on court.
2. In order to check in and/or report your score, masks must be worn at the tournament desk at all times.

Singles: All singles are Round Robins, except for 70 singles (FMLC) and 75 singles (1 match).
Doubles: All doubles have been combined and will play 60 Doubles in a Round Robin Format.
Matches will be scheduled Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Court locations to be announced.
SEEDING: USTA Texas recommends the "All Factors Method" of seeding for Ad/Sr/SS divisions. Seeds will be established using the then current Texas and National 12-month rolling rankings, comprehending court surface and head-to-head encounters, as prescribed by USTA National.

REGISTRATION: 15 minutes prior to first match.

SCHEDULE OF PLAY: Singles events may start 1 pm Thursday.

SPECIAL NOTES: Consolations in all divisions in accordance with USTA Texas Section regulations. Social events. No times will be given over the phone. First match times will be posted on the Internet only. No refunds after the draw is made or for weather related cancellations.

Scheduled Format: Two-of-three sets with ad scoring.
Weather conditions during the tournament may change this scheduled format.

Round Robin draws: a player who is defaulted for any reason other than lateness shall not play in subsequent matches. If a player or team defaults, they will not be allowed to play the Rounds following that defaulted match, and if subsequent matches are played, those matches will not count towards rankings.

No-Show Defaults: If a player does not send written notice that they will need to default a match, to the Tournament Director at least one hour before the date and time of the scheduled match, the defaulting player will receive 5 Suspension Points.

Messages

Excessive Overrule Guideline: The USTA Texas Officials Committee along with the Competitive Department has established a guideline in reference to excessive overrules as clarified in the Friend at Court. This guideline states "Once a player has been overruled for a second time in a match, they will be cautioned that after another overrule, they will be penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct under the point penalty system."

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, September 21, 2020 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
