Courts should be dry by 4 p.m. We are getting some slight drizzle but we should be able to play by 4 p.m. so all matches on as posted. If it rains, we will update.

Courts starting to dry but will not dry before 4 p.m. so no matches before 4 p.m. Taking down draws to reschedule. Next update at 2:30 p.m.

It's raining now so no matches before 3:00 p.m. The draw will be removed to reschedule matches. We will update you again at 1:30 p.m.

Good Morning. Courts are wet at Hudlow and Lifetime. No matches will start before 11:00 a.m. Taking draws down to reschedule times. Next update at 8:30 a.m.

Times are now posted for Sunday. I will a Tournament/Weather update at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday Morning.

It's raining now at Hudlow and Lifetime so all remaining Saturday night matches are suspended and will be rescheduled for Sunday. There's actually a tornado watch so please get home safely.

Well we got surprised and it looks like the courts will be dry by 4 p.m. Just rescheduled matches to start at 4 p.m. Will update you at 2:30 p.m.

Due to the rain, we are changing the scoring format to short sets to 4 with a 10 pt. match tiebreak at 1 set all for BG12-18 and a 7 pt. match tiebreak at 1 set all for BG10s. I will update you at 11:30 a.m. to let you know if we will be able to start at 1:00 p.m.

Raining more at Lifetime at Hudlow and more rain forecasted to come. Hence, all Friday matches will be rescheduled for Saturday. I will update the site at around 10:00 p.m. tonight with new times.

Started raining at Hudlow and Lifetime between 1:50 and 2:10 p.m. today. I will post an update at 3:00 p.m. to let you know the status for matches for today.

BG12-18 - 2 regular scoring sets with a match tiebreak to 10 at 1 set all.
BG10 - 2 short sets to 4, no-ad scoring, and a match tiebreak to 7 at 1 set all.

When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password. Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts.
When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message. * If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

For the safety of all Tournament players, parents, coaches and staff we will NOT be using a physical tournament desk where social gathering is most common. We instead will be using Match Tennis App’s Virtual Tournament Desk to help facilitate CDC guidelines for social distancing. This is an intermediate-level tournament sanctioned by USTA Georgia as a Level 4 (Southern Level 5 points). Registration must be completed online.

Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will play on a full court with yellow balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under that are eligible for green balls in Youth Progression will play on a full court with green dot balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under that are eligible for orange balls or new to Youth Progression will play on a 60’ court with orange balls.

Player selection
This tournament is open for junior players regardless of ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and your credit card is charged.

Late Entry -
Full policy stated below. A $10 fee may be charged for a late entry.

Draws
Draws will be published by Thursday at 5 pm. It is your responsibility to check this tournament web page for the player draws, match times and any other updates.

Format
Limit 16 draw except when there are no League Matches. FMLC. 3rd and 4th place playoffs. Some consolations may not finish. Match times and tournament information can be accessed online at least 48 hours before the first scheduled match. Awards to winner, finalist and consolation winner and finalist.
All boys/girls 12-18's matches will be two sets with a match tie-break (10 point tie-break) in lieu of a third set.
All 10's matches will be two short sets (sets to 4 games). If sets reach 3-3 you must win by two games, example: 5-3. If sets reach 4-4 a set tie-break will be played. (7 point tie-break). If the players split sets then a 7 point match tie-break will be played in lieu of a third set. This is in accordance with USTA Georgia regulations.

Withdrawals and Refund Policy
Before the deadline, withdraw through TennisLink. After the deadline, email the tournament director.
No refunds for withdrawals after the tournament deadline.

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 4-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries
