Doubles Matches today - 1 proset to 8, no-ad scoring. 1st Main Draw and Consolation Matches today - Shorts sets to 4, no-ad scoring. 2nd, 3rd, 4th Main Draw Matches today - 2 regular scoring sets to 6 with a 3rd set tiebreak. 2nd, 3rd, 4th Consolation Matches today - 2 no-ad scoring sets to 6 with a 3rd set tiebreak.
Since some of the Boys 16s started their 1st rd matches last night, remaining 1st rd matches have to play like yesterday's format - no-ad, 2 sets to 6 and a tiebreak.

SATURDAY, 6:30 P.M. UPDATE
The schedule for Sunday is now posted. The first main draw and consolation match on Sunday will be short sets to 4, no-ad. After that, main draw matches will be 2 regular sets and regular scoring with 3rd set match tiebreak and consolation matches will be 2 regular sets and a 3rd set tiebreak, no-ad scoring.

SATURDAY, 5:15 P.M. UPDATE
We have just finalized the schedule for all 1st rd matches that are playing tonight. We are only playing first round matches and they are all playing at Lifetime. The Boys 16s and Boys 18s 1st round matches are scheduled for outdoor at Lifetime. All other age groups are planned for indoor. Times are posted.

TOURNAMENT UPDATE - SATURDAY, 3:40 P.M.
We are working to finish all first round matches. Some rounds will be finished indoors and new match times have been posted on the draws. All matches up until 7 p.m. will be indoors at Lifetime. We do think the outdoor courts will dry, so we will post another update at 5 p.m. for the remaining matches. If your new time is not listed, please check back at 5 p.m.

All match times have been updated. There will be 2 rounds of doubles followed by singles. Singles and doubles will use no-ad scoring. We will post a weather update Saturday at 7 a.m.

WEATHER UPDATE - FRIDAY, 5:45 P.M.
It just stopped raining at Hudlow. With the current court conditions and more rain in the forecast, all Friday night matches will now be scheduled for Saturday. Please check the website at 8 p.m. this evening. We will see you all tomorrow.

FRIDAY DOUBLES - SINGLES WILL START ON SATURDAY
We will only play doubles on Friday night. Doubles will start as early as 4:00 p.m. Singles will start on Saturday.

* When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password.
* Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts. When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message. * If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

Welcome!
This is an intermediate-level tournament sanctioned by USTA
Georgia as a Level 4 (Southern Level 5 points). Registration must be completed
online. T-shirt or players gift will be
provided for each player.
Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will play on a full court with yellow balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under
that are eligible
for green balls in Youth Progression will play on a full court with
green dot balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under that are eligible for orange balls or
new to Youth
Progression will play on a 60’ court
with orange balls.
USTA Georgia tournaments do not offer Orange Level 2
divisions.
Player selection
This tournament is open for junior players regardless of
ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and
your credit card is charged.
Late Entrants Late entry policy is stated below. A $10 late fee may be charged.
Draws
Draws will be published by Thursday at 5 pm. It is your
responsibility to check this tournament web page for the player draws, match
times and any other updates.
Format
Scoring Format -
12-18 Singles is 2 sets with a 3rd set 10 pt match tiebreak. 10 & Under Singles
is 2 no-ad scoring short sets(sets to 4 games) with a 7-point tie-break in lieu
of a 3rd set. 12-18 Doubles is an 8-game pro set. 10U Doubles is a 6-game no-ad
set with a seven (7) point “Match” tie-break played at 6-all. Awards will be
awarded to 1st to 4th place in singles and 1st and 2nd for doubles.
Withdrawals and Refund
Policy
Before the
deadline, withdraw through TennisLink. After the deadline, email the tournament
director. In the event of rain and no matches are played, each player is entitled
to a $25.00 credit toward a future One Love Tennis GA Level 4 tournament. If only 1 match is played, you are entitled to a $15.00 credit toward a future One Love Tennis GA Level 4 tournament. If 2 matches are played, there is no credit.

Refund Policy
After the deadline, there is no refund for withdrawals for any reason. In the event of inclement weather and no matches are played, all players (BG12-18) will receive $25 credit and all players (BG10) will receive a $20 credit for a One Love Tennis GA Level 4 tournament. If only 1 match is played, you will receive a $15.00 (BG12-18) and $10 (BG10) credit toward a One Love Tennis GA Level 4 tournament

Southern Orange Ball 10 & Under Changes
Please note that starting January 2020 USTA Southern’s Youth Progression has changed from offering 2 levels of Orange ball to only one level of Orange ball - Orange Level 1. Players will now start at Orange Level 1 and progress to Green Level 1 then to Mission Complete/Yellow Ball. Youth Progression point distribution has also changed. See here for more info:

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 4-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, August 10, 2020 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
