On Monday, all matches will be played at Lifetime Athletic (6350 Courtside Drive NW, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092).

Check in will be on Saturday at your match site. You do not have to first check in at Hudlow if you are playing at one of the other sites. Additionally, we will be at Lifetime Athletic @ Peachtree Corners from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. if anyone wants to check in on Friday night. We will also have Friday night practice courts at Lifetime starting at 3:30 p.m. The address for Lifetime is 6350 Courtside Drive NW, Peachtree Corners, GA 30071. I will send out a tournament fact sheet on Friday morning at 9:00 a.m.

This is an advanced-level tournament sanctioned by USTA Georgia as a Level 3 (Southern Level 3 points). Registration must be completed online. Players may register for two age divisions. Players will automatically be selected for the older age division. Players must play in the same doubles age division as singles.T-shirts for all participants.

Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will play on a full court with yellow balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under that are eligible for green balls in Youth Progression will play on a full court with green dot balls.

Player selection
This tournament is open for junior players regardless of ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and your credit card is charged. USTA Southern standings will be used for player seeding and selections. Selections will be made by the Southern Office.

Late Entrants
The USTA Southern late entry policy will be followed and is stated below.


Draws
Draws will be published by Thursday at 3 pm. It is your responsibility to check this tournament web page for the players draws, match times and any other updates. Draw size: Singles: 32 draw; Doubles: 16 draw. Doubles is single elimination.


Format
For all USTA Southern 10 and Under, Level 1-3 tournament play (not including Jr. Team Tennis), the required scoring format for singles matches, shall be the best of two short sets (first to four (4) and win by two), with a set tiebreak (first to seven (7) and win by two) at 4-4 in each set, and a set tiebreak (first to seven (7) and win by two) for the third set. No-ad scoring.
Scoring for BG 12-18 - Main Draw and Consolation (FIC): Best of 2 sets with a 10 pt. Match tiebreaker in lieu of the 3rd set. Consolation finals will not be played.
Doubles - All doubles players must play in the same age division as they do in singles. BG 12-18 - 6 game set with a 7 point set tiebreak at 6 all. Ad scoring. BG 10 - 6 game set with a 7 point set tiebreak at 6 all. No-ad scoring.

Withdrawals and Refund Policy
Before the deadline, withdraw through TennisLink. After the deadline, email the tournament director. Refunds are only available for players who do not complete a match due to inclement weather or cancellation of the tournament. If there is a refund, it would be minus the fixed costs of the tournament. Note: the TennisLink fee is non-refundable.

If there is a potential chance of inclement weather, we will post an update here. We will also send an instant text and email notification via the Match Tennis App!!

Doubles for this event will start on Saturday morning before singles. The plan is to play 2 rounds doubles before singles on Saturday. We will have check in a a players/parents reception on Friday night. Check in will be from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. During check in, we will have a players/parents reception with food and refreshments. We are hoping that since we are playing doubles first thing in the morning at 8 a.m., players will check in on Friday night. If you no way can check in on Friday evening, please check in at the main site, 45 minutes to your scheduled match time. PLEASE NOTE THAT SINGLES AND DOUBLES AGE GROUPS MUST BE THE SAME.

For this tournament, the trainer will be at Hudlow Tennis Center.

If draws are not full, late entries can be accepted. Late entries may be accepted or placed on the alternate list in the order received after entries received by the deadline. Entries received at the same time are ordered randomly. If the draw has been made the Tournament Committee may accept only late entries of players who do not invalidate the seeding. Tournament Directors may charge an additional $25 for a late entry.
