Welcome!
This is an intermediate-level tournament sanctioned by USTA
Georgia as a Level 4 (Southern Level 5 points). Registration must be completed
online.
SITE -Fleming
Tennis Center, 1850 Chester Ave, Augusta, GA 30906. Call for match times or
check the Internet after 7:00 PM Thursday. Matches will begin at 5:00 PM on
Friday. Continue to check the tournament homepage for updates.
Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will play on a full court with yellow balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under that are eligible for green balls in Youth
Progression will play on a full court with green dot balls.
USTA Georgia tournaments do not offer Orange Level 2
divisions. All players that register for Orange 2 will be automatically moved
to Orange 1 before the draws are posted.
Player selection
This tournament is open for junior players regardless of
ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and
your credit card is charged. Southern
and then Georgia rankings will be used for seeding.

Draws
Draws will be published by Thursday at 5 pm. It is your
responsibility to check this tournament web page for the player draws, match
times and any other updates.
Singles Format
FIC through
Quarterfinals. 3rd and 4th place playoffs. Some consolations may not finish. Scoring format: BG12-18 Main Draw and Consolation will be 2 regular scoring sets
with a 10-point "Match" tie-break played in lieu of a 3rd set. BG 10's Main Draw and Consolation will be 2
out of 3 short sets (sets to 4 games) with a 7-point "Match" tie-break in lieu of a 3rd set.
In the event of inclement weather an alternate scoring system will be used for
all draws. Doubles Format
Single Elimination. Scoring format BG 12-18( 8-game pro set win by 2 games with a 7 point "Match" tie-break played at 8 games all). BG 10s (6 game no-ad set win by 2 games with a 7 point "Match" tie-break played at 6 games all).
Withdrawals and Refund Policy
Before the
deadline, withdraw through TennisLink. After the deadline, email the tournament
director.

WITHDRAWALS DURING TOURNAMENT
A player may withdraw from a match or tournament only because of injury, illness or personal circumstances. A player who cannot play a match shall notify the Referee in writing (NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED) immediately so that the opponent may be notified at once and saved a trip.

WEATHER/REFUNDS
In the event of inclement weather and you do not play any matches in the tournament, you are entitled to a partial refund based on the fixed tournament expenses. Please understand that the tournament has fixed costs which include: Trophies, Balls, USTA Officials and many other costs that we must cover. The Tennislink portion of your entry fee is non-refundable in accordance with USTA policy. If any matches are played, there is no refund/credit. Thank you for your understanding.

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 4-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries
