1. FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES TO ENSURE YOU'LL RECEIVE COURT ASSIGNMENTS VIA TEXT
* When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password.
* Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts. When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message. * If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
The following will be the rules put in place to help ensure the safest environment for all of the players/parents over the weekend: 1. We will be using the Match!tennis app, so please have it downloaded before the start of the tournament. 2. We ask that only one parent per player come to the facility. 3. Bleachers will be closed, please bring your own seating. 4. THER WILL BE NO ICE/WATER FOR PLAYERS. Concession will be sold from the point of sale center since it is covered in glass. 5. Each player will be given a can of balls to use for their service games, keeping players from touching each other's tennis balls. The can will be used for two matches, and then a new can will be given at the start of the third match. 6. Upon match completion, players will report scores to the refs, players will not enter scores on the match! tennis app. 7. Court benches will be cleaned at the completion of each match by referees. 8. Each Player's shirts/lunch cards will be placed on the court before the player's first match is played.

Welcome!
This is an advanced-level tournament sanctioned by USTA Georgia as a Level 2 (Southern Level 4 points). Registration must be completed
online.T-shirts to all participants.
Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will play on a full court with yellow balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under
that are eligible
for green balls in Youth Progression will play on a full court with
green dot balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under that are eligible for orange balls or
new to Youth
Progression will play on a 60’ court
with orange balls.
USTA Georgia tournaments do not offer Orange Level 2
divisions. All players that register for Orange 2 will be automatically moved
to Orange 1 before the draws are posted.
Player selection
This tournament is open for junior players regardless of
ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and
your credit card is charged.
Late Entry - Full policy stated below.
Draws
Draws will be published by Thursday at 5 pm. It is your
responsibility to check this tournament web page for the player draws, match
times and any other updates.
Format FIC through Quarterfinals. 3rd and 4th place playoffs. Match times and tournament information can be accessed online at
least 48 hours before the first scheduled match. Awards to winner, finalist and
consolation winner and finalist.
All boys/girls
12-18's matches will be two sets with a match tie-break (10 point tie-break) in
lieu of a third set. All 10's matches will be two short sets (sets to 4 games).
If sets reach 3-3 you must win by two games, example: 5-3. If sets reach 4-4 a
set tie-break will be played. (7 point tie-break). If the players split sets
then a 7 point match tie-break will be played in lieu of a third set. This is in accordance
with USTA Georgia regulations. Selections will be made primarily by using Sectional Standings. Seeding will also be done according to sectional Standings.
Withdrawals and Refund
Policy
Before the
deadline, withdraw through TennisLink. After the deadline, email the tournament
director.
No refunds for
withdrawals after the tournament deadline.

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 4-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, July 26, 2020 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
