Good Morning,
The Boys 16 will play on clay this weekend.
As you read the draws, when published, you will see a time that will have the court number listed as the final digit. The main time for example: 9:31 mean start time is 9:30 on Court 1. You will report to your court directly no more then 15 minutes earlier then the start time. The officials will be in pods throughout the facility and they will handle the balls and scores etc! The winner will report to the main tournament to turn in scores.
The event is running very late this weekend in the older age groups. Please be prepared matches need to go as scheduled.

Safety Protocols for this event
* We will use a shot gun
start every am and every 90 minutes
we will schedule only on these time
periods, we will not stagger match times to limit players hanging around
waiting
*
* Kids will be allowed at
the facility socially distant or in a mask their choice, they do not have
to sit in their car
* 1 spectator per player
*
We will not be able to
have ice and water present (working on touch free machine as we speak)
* Ice will be available
for injuries
* 1 can of balls per match
We are unable to play doubles in this event

Draw Sizes and Play Information
Draw sizes will be 16 players with a consolation. Consolation will not finish in most cases, will play until the finals.
We will be using No-Ad Scoring 3 full sets
Players will report to the facility 15 minutes only before their scheduled match time.

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 4-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, August 23, 2020 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
