This is an intermediate-level tournament sanctioned by USTA
Georgia as a Level 4 (Southern Level 5 points). Registration must be completed
online. T-shirt or players gift will be
provided for each player.
Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will play on a full court with yellow balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under
that are eligible
for green balls in Youth Progression will play on a full court with
green dot balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under that are eligible for orange balls or
new to Youth
Progression will play on a 60’ court
with orange balls.
USTA Georgia tournaments do not offer Orange Level 2
divisions.
Player selection
This tournament is open for junior players regardless of
ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and
your credit card is charged.
Late Entrants Late entry policy is stated below. A $10 late fee may be charged.
Draws
Draws will be published by Thursday at 5 pm. It is your
responsibility to check this tournament web page for the player draws, match
times and any other updates.
Format
Scoring Format -
12-18 Singles is 2 sets with a 3rd set 10 pt match tiebreak. 10 & Under Singles
is 2 no-ad scoring short sets(sets to 4 games) with a 7-point tie-break in lieu
of a 3rd set. 12-18 Doubles is an 8-game pro set. 10U Doubles is a 6-game no-ad
set with a seven (7) point “Match” tie-break played at 6-all. Awards will be
awarded to 1st to 4th place in singles and 1st and 2nd for doubles.
Withdrawals and Refund
Policy
Before the
deadline, withdraw through TennisLink. After the deadline, email the tournament
director. In the event of rain and no matches are played, each player is entitled
to a $25.00 credit toward a future One Love Tennis GA Level 4 tournament. If only 1 match is played, you are entitled to a $15.00 credit toward a future One Love Tennis GA Level 4 tournament. If 2 matches are played, there is no credit.

Refund Policy
After the deadline, there is no refund for withdrawals for any reason. In the event of inclement weather and no matches are played, all players (BG12-18) will receive $25 credit and all players (BG10) will receive a $20 credit for a One Love Tennis GA Level 4 tournament. If only 1 match is played, you will receive a $15.00 (BG12-18) and $10 (BG10) credit toward a One Love Tennis GA Level 4 tournament

Southern Orange Ball 10 & Under Changes
Please note that starting January 2020 USTA Southern’s Youth Progression has changed from offering 2 levels of Orange ball to only one level of Orange ball - Orange Level 1. Players will now start at Orange Level 1 and progress to Green Level 1 then to Mission Complete/Yellow Ball. Youth Progression point distribution has also changed. See here for more info:

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 4-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, February 10, 2020 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
