LOCATION OF TOURNAMENT CHANGED INDOORS TO LAKEVUE ATHLETIC CLUB
Due to North Allegheny High School not being available, this tournament has been moved indoors to Lakevue Athletic Club.

Notes
Covid Regulations:1. Wait in parking lot for your
match to be called 2. Only one parent with mask allowed in
lobby during match and players must wait outside for there
match 3. Hand Sanitizer should be used before and after
entering Lakevue 4. No congregating in lobby 5. No
shaking hands after match. Use racquet shake 6. Please use
Restrooms before coming but the they will be open for emergencies
7. 4 balls will be given to you for each match and 2 assigned to
each player. Serve with the balls you are assigned with. 8. Release
Form, Player/Coach/Spectator Oath From, and Junior Player Oath Form
must me signed before play. 9. If any one is showing signs of COVID
please do not attend the tournament. 10. Depart immediately after
your match. 11. Please stay more than 6ft apart and where mask at
all times in the lobby area. 12.Safety is our biggest concern so
please follow Lakevue guidelines
