The draws for Saturday December 14th, have been revised.
Some of the match times had to be changed due to conflicts with singles and doubles match times.
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR NEW MATCH TIMES AND MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO MISTAKES !

We had rain and some of the matches had to be suspended. We will reschedule the matches.

Players and Parents please double check the draws, we had to make a few changes to the draws.

There were a few last minute player withdrawals due to illness or injury.
We also had many time avoidance requests for SAT and ACT.

There are a total of SIX tournament sites.
We did our best to accommodate time avoidances,however we may have missed a few.
Please double check the tournament site before you leave your home or hotel to go to the event, there are always last minute player withdrawals due to illness or injuries.

A PLAYER may enter in three events, ONE gender singles, ONE gender doubles and ONE Mix doubles. You may NOT enter in two age division in singles.
We also have 10 and under orange ball,60 feet court event. (One regular no ad set, Round Robin format)

Rules - USTA rules govern play.
ALL MAIN DRAW SINGLES matches for Girls and Boys 12,14,16,18 divisions will be best two out of three tiebreak sets, for Girls and Boys 10 and under GREEN DOT BALL event, it will be two out of three sets, in lieu of the third set a match tiebreak (10 - points) will be played.
ALL CONSOLATION MATCHES in all age groups( Boys and Girls 10's to 18's) will be an eight game pro set with a set tie break (7- point) at 8 games all.
ALL DOUBLES matches will be an 8-game pro-set with a set tiebreak (7 - points) at 8 games all.
For Boys and Girls 10 and under Orange ball, 60 feet event it will be one regular no add set. This event is a round robin format. If we do not have enough entries in either genders, it will be a CO-Ed event.

Seeds will be done using the UTR system and it will be done by the SCTA Junior Competition committee. The seeding list will be published on Tuesday December 3rd, 2019
Please check the seeding list before the draws are posted on Wednesday December 4th, 2019.
If you have any issues, Please contact the Tournament Director by Tuesday December 3rd, before 12:00 noon.

If you have SAT's or ACT's and need time avoidance please send an email to the Tournament Director at gordonzawtun@gmail.com BEFORE the entry deadline on November 27th, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

WILSON ULTRA hard court balls will be used for all the matches.
For 10 and under events WILSON Green Dot balls and WILSON Orange balls will be used.

Special Tournament room rate at Best Western for $119.99/night plus tax.
All rates include a hot cooked to order breakfast, parking, and WIFI.

On Saturday December the 7th, afternoon during the "TURKEY SHOOT " and "AROUND THE WORLD CONTEST " The WILSON TECH Rep for Western United States will set up a Racquet Demo table for Players to play test the latest and the greatest racquets . He will be available to answer any questions that you might have about the latest racquets and equipment.
WILSON Sporting Goods Co. have generously donated prizes for this event !!

For SCTA points per round ranking purposes, this tournament is a SCTA Level 3 event. more info

There will be experienced stringers at all the tournament sites during the event. labor cost with your own string is $20.00. We also have a large selection of strings and grips in our inventory.
