For ages 12-18"s Players who are ranked in the top 50 will not be allowed to participate inopen Level 5 events these events are meant for players moving up from Level 6 but not quite ready for higher Level events ( players can play in the next hifgher division if ranked in the top of their age group). This doesn;t apply to top 10 and under divisions

For this event , we will use the So CAL Ranking LisT. We also may use other factors if players are from out of section.

THIS EVENT WILL USE THE PENN CHAMPIONSHIP BALL

REFUNDS ARE ONLY GIVEN TO PLAYERS WHO WITHDRAWN AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT START DATE

ALL MATCHES WILL BE A "BEST OF TWO SETS" A 10 POINT TIE BREAKER WILL BE PLAYED IN LIEU OF A THIRD SET
